Stellaris: NEX in mass effect and Beyond

Zane, the typical middle-aged man, working eight hours a day getting two days off Saturday and Sundays is your typical American man.

Recently had a massive break up with his girlfriend that's what he found out she cheated on him with another man as a result, he kicked her out and now lives alone in this house.

To get over it he dived into his old hobby of gaming on the weekends, so he went to his old steam account and got on stellaris A fantastic video game by his standards, and by many others by the positive reviews, what is the game where you can create your own empire, and attempt to conquer the galaxy in many different ways through diplomacy if you trade or through conquest.

The game allowed much freedom on what you wanted to do and so he played and made many different empires.

Many of them or republican nature, why others were star empires, and very few of them were hive mind either through machines or organics, he tried on many different combinations, some of meta-gaming and others or more for a role-play.

He enjoyed it all bit by bloody bit every weekend and the game took a while to play finding all the hidden treasures in little stories in each play through as well as fighting the crisis is that would happen in each game fighting the Prethoryn Scourge from another galaxy or bad only night in dimensional hungry fleet that would come in through black holes and devour planets.

As well as having different ships in city, customizations for his different planet classes, that he would choose from, as well as his species traits, as well as having different and white variety of DLC's, making a gaming experience even more fun specially, with the apocalypse DLC where you can construct a mega weapon to destroy planets.

Zane, especially now, was about to create a new empire for another gameplay experience until a little message showed up on his computer, which had the following statement.

[Would you like a change in a new gameplay experience?]

Zane wasn't sure about this pop-up, which had a reply box see nothing wrong with it at first gave his reply.

[Yes]

A new message popped up, giving him instructions on the species creation.

[Excellent please go through species creation for your empire once done press OK to experience a new way to play]

Still not seen nothing wrong with it proceed to create his new empire, and he starts out with his species creation.

Choosing his appearance, he goes with one of the machine portraits. The only one that looks like it has clothing with forearms two of the arms were large while the two below it were small with skinny fingers.

It was one of the newer portraits for the machines. It has multiple eyes on it's forehead that was see-through The eyes on the forehead look like lights while two more eyes closer to the mouth looks very robotic.

{Authors note: sorry for the poor explanation on this appearance it's one of the machine portraits it is one of the newer ones with the DLC. I think it comes with the machine age DLC so check it out if you're curious still ours in my own opinion is a great game.}

Zane moved on to his species traits. The first one he picked was luxurious, which gave him two treat points to use for more powerful positive traits. The other negative trait was high bandwidth.

With that, I gave him four additional trach points to use which he got adaptive frames and superconductive traits.

Both of these positive traits are powerful and useful, as well as the last positive trait was war machine, which increase the damage for Zanes army.

He also got to work on his ethics, and chose naturally, the gestalt consciousness and chose the machine intelligence authority since he simply loves being a machine, they're so useful.

For civics, he chose zero waste protocols, which reduced upkeep for both pops and ships, and finally war bots to increase his army damage even more making his armies, Hailee affective on the battlefield.

He settled for his empire name next, NEX multiplex he tried different names, and simply like this one the most, it sounded just write him.

His empire flags look like a data matrix the colors are yellow and red, they he moved on to ship appearance which he naturally chose the new machine type model ships to fit his machine theme.

Zane also got started on choosing the minor things for his species like it's origin choosing the arc welders allow him to build a structure to extract more minerals very useful origin for machines.

Lastly, his planet, which he has now named Mechaz Prime and the planet type a savanna World which is in the category of dry planet preference.

With everything done, except for his rulers name, he begins, typing his out, granting him the name Combinatrix Commander, in Zane's opinion is a good name for a machine leader.

With everything finished, he pressed done with a new pop-up on his screen.

[Excellent now begins your journey with it. New possibilities do me proud mortal.]

Before Zane could type of reply over that his body slowly began to disintegrate into digital cubes as he witnessed his own hands be disassembled, it looked quite horrifying from his perspective as he slowly was disassembled. Within moments Zane knew only darkness, until a spark of light appeared his surroundings his perspective his knowledge all of it had changed. He became the very machine leader he created.

On the same world he made through his empire creation screen with him a small facility that would give him everything he would require to begin his journey in this new life others in Zanes place would be afraid, confused angry, furious, even being stripped of their old lives, like this, by some unknown divine entity.

But for Zane, he felt only excitement. After all stellaris was the one thing that gave him joy after his girlfriend, betrayal, and now he's going to be his stellaris character empire now it being reality, Zane is full of ambition, and with time he hopes to make it a reality.
