Hearing the knocks on the door made Valerie remove the page from her screen. She then followed that up with an order, "Enter in."
The door opened, and the young man stepped in. Valerie indifferently stared at him as he placed the document on her desk carefully.
She then questioned, "What's the schedule for tonight?"
"A dinner with the Chairman," he voiced out.

The alleged owner of multitudes of hearts, Lucian Gray, sprawled on the backseat on the mini-van and yawned before commenting, "I am beat."
He then groaned. "I can't seriously go on like this anymore. Clear up my schedule for the week."
"You have to finalize the selection of the role with Mr. White," his manager spoke.
Waving his hand, he voiced out, "Tell him that I am sick."
"The shoot for Andreas—"
"Give them the same excuse," he interrupted his manager. His manner was flippant.
"Lunch with Ms. Clare tomorrow," the manager informed.
He stared at his manager in confusion and asked, "Now, who is that?"
The manager shook his head, and upon noticing that the manager still had a lot to say, he raised his hand, saying, "I meant it when I said to clear my schedule. I want to be in my house and not leave it for the entire week."
"Mrs. Gray arranged a dinner tonight, and she is expecting you in two hours."
Lucian rolled his eyes and responded, "Of course that's a huge—"
Before Lucian could continue, the manager stated, "she did mention on having lots of nude photos of yours to share to press."
Forcing out a smile on his face, he replied through his gritted teeth: "Yes, I mean, a yes. Of course, how can I miss out on a dinner opportunity with my lovely mother?"
Despite saying those words out loud, he cursed within.
