DC Universe - Present State

"It seems your back from college, Young Master Anthony.

Have you finished ruining the egos of all the other children and decided it was time to return him?" Alfred said as he entered the Command Centre of the Batcave, where the logistic and support team would operate from.

Designed as a glass cabin in the underground cave, the Command Centre would overlook the operations of the Batcave, with its engineers, scientists, technicians and so on.

Everyone was brought over from the System World, which saved them from ever being exposed to the DC Universe and its various grim characters.

Currently in the Command Centre, Anthony was joined by Alfred, who brought over freshly brewed tea that was sourced from the System World.

Besides the two, there were others in the room, all of whom were provided refreshments by the Kitchen Staff of the Batcave.

Alfred managed them all, but still devoted his time to Bruce and Anthony whenever they were around.

When Anthony arrived, the quantum computer system of the Batcave alerted Alfred, giving the butler plenty of time to prepare everything for his ward.

"Hahaha, that happened on my first day of college.

At this point, I think I've broken the hearts, minds, and spirits of the professors.

Once even told me that my thesis was mad and something of nightmares, sadly for him, the value of my designs will bring about clean energy for everyone." Laughing as he remembered one of his professors, Anthony stood up from his seat to give Alfred a hearty hug.

"Anyway, how have you been Alfred?" Anthony asked, pulling away from his adoptive father figure as he took a seat before one of the main computer stations.

Bruce had his own, and so did Anthony as they liked working in their own person space without invading the others unless it was necessary.

They had a communal area to work together, but it was rarely used, especially after Anthony went off to college.

"I'm fine my boy, just surprised your home.

You chose not to come back on your 18th birthday, so I figured you might return around Christmas.

So, how was college?

I've heard you attained six Master's Degrees, two in engineering, two in science, one in business and another in law.

Well done, Anthony.

Compared to Bruce, you've already outshined the buffoon in tights." Anthony laughed at Alfred's remark about Bruce's Batman suit.

Bruce happened to return from the office and heard the comment, leaving him a little embarrassed, but also annoyed enough to cough so Alfred and Anthony were aware of his presence.

This still didn't stop the fearless butler.

"Look whose back, Anthony, its your brother, who prefers fighting sweaty men instead of receiving an education.

Now excuse me, my boy, I need to start preparing dinner for your return.

I'll have the kitchen make your favourite, Young Master Anthony." Alfred smiled happily while walking past a red-faced Bruce, caring very little for what his first ward had to say in reply.

Anthony laughed aloud as he saw Bruce walking over, a little embarrassed by Alfred's comments, so to cheer him up, Anthony gave his brother a hug, while asking about what was new.

"Alfred still hasn't forgiven you for the first design attempt of the Batman suit it appears." Anthony laughed while patting the bulky, muscular shoulder of Bruce.

"*Sigh* Don't remind me.

After that horrendous design attempt, I went with your plan and called Lucius Fox to help suit.

Thankfully the latest version has some input from a Harvard and M.I.T Masters graduate."

Sighing at first, Bruce came to laugh just like Anthony as he brought up the numerous Master's degrees he'd gained within a short few years at the two colleges.

Anthony had in fact updated the Batman suit with some help from Lucius Fox as per the requests of the System, to a Nanosuit based armour that used a variety of exotic metals recovered from space and earth.

All of it was sourced from the System World, which allowed Bruce to carry a ready to go Nanosuit of armour, capable of activation whenever required.

It was linked with OverWatch, the Artificial Intelligence Anthony created with Bruce to assist Batman operations.

JARVIS, Cortana, and Ultron all provided their assistance to help develop OverWatch to the point it could greatly assist Bruce in the field but also in the office.

"Ughh… don't remind me.

I've already been swamped with my schedule sending me all over the place as my novels and scripts are now highly desired by every Tom, Dick, and Harry."

Anthony actually took a step back from technology and sciences before entering college to create various novels, film scripts, and more that related back to his origin homeworld, Earth.

Stories like Pirates of the Caribbean, Lord of the Rings, Toy Story, Indiana Jones, and Star Wars were credited as Anthony's original creations, becoming part of the collection of copyrighted materials managed by Stark Entertainment Industries.

Much like the Marvel Universe, the DC Universe was missing a great deal of films, shows, songs, and other pieces of art that Anthony decided to claim as his own innovation.

While using various pen names to protect his identity as the author, Anthony continued to release various forms of media across the world.

Anime, manga, comics, and webnovels found themselves being published in large volumes, slowly transforming the mindset of the masses to think beyond superheroes and villains.

Anthony also sold original media material that he wrote together based off experiences from his past lifetimes before the greater beings forced him into the weird predicament that so far spread across two Universes.

One of the stories was a tragic love romance that Anthony reformed to suit modern times, as the original setting was a magical world, where power meant authority.

It spoke of a young love, blossoming over decades, but constrained by power and status.

In the end, the story ended with Anthony's past iteration dying seconds before he could see his love, as he succumbed to death.

The story sold for billions and became a number one box office phenomenon that stayed in the cinemas for months.

Anthony wasn't overly fond of people critiquing his life story once it became a film but that was bound to happen.

"I've been keeping track of your published work.

Honestly have to say, I never expected this sort of creative side from you, Tony." Bruce said after taking a seat at his desk, "In fact, I believed you might take on a path similar to my own…"

Bruce's tone became eerily stern and slightly imposing on Anthony, but he expected this sort of questioning now that he'd returned him from college and could partake in vigilantism.

A part of Bruce wanted Anthony to not go down this road, but he already expected his younger brother would somehow involve himself.

If not in Gotham, then in New York City at the very least.

Bruce just wanted to know ahead of time as he hoped to teach Anthony what he knew about crime fighting and detective work to assist the police.

Funnily enough, those very same police departments and officers were always being caught out by Daily Planet, a news media company owned by Stark Industries.

Ultron would release evidence to the journalists or certain lawyers of criminal conduct performed by the police, catching them out and allowing certain people from the System World to enter society as policer officers.

Loyal to the duty and secretly to Anthony (Bruxian), the Gotham Police Department would be largely saved from corruption.

The current crime families of Gotham largely owned the Police, but with Ultron's help and the new public camera network being installed across Gotham, more and more corrupt officers were caught before their actions caused serious damage to the city and her citizens.

"It's a hobby, much like what you're doing Bruce…

Regardless of that, I'm going to focus on Stark Industries and certain projects I have in mind.

You're aware of my medical plans to help the populous prepare for infections and diseases coming from outer space." Anthony had previously explained to Bruce they weren't alone in the galaxy, though he chose not to go into detail on the subject.

But it was enough for Bruce to understand the importance of 24th Chromosome Genetic injection that would strengthen the body anatomy, nervous system, muscular fibre, organs.

Bruce had already taken a dosage of the 24th Chromosome Genetic injection, causing his whole being to improve well beyond the normal human state.

It adapted excellently with the Super Soldier Serum, that heightened Bruce's senses and strength to a level that he wouldn't be harmed by most things at his current level of vigilantism.

Anthony already saw Bruce exerting part of his newfound strength while fighting against the League of Shadows that decided to invade Gotham, much like the events of Batman Begins.

This happened during the time Anthony was studying away at college, leaving Bruce to fend off Ra's Al Ghul on his own.

Thankfully, Bruce's new and improve physical and mental state helped make short work of the League of Shadows, saving Gotham from its death.

Ultron learnt Ra's Al Ghul went into hiding through various satellites of Stark Industries and Wayne Enterprise, changing part of his appearance before reawakening through the Lazarus Pits.

His attention moved from Bruce to Oliver Queen and Starling City, causing Anthony to wonder how the DC TV series fit into the DCEU Timeline of events.

Hell, Stark Satellites already caught snippets of Clark Kent saving various people across America, leading through Canada as he slowly moved towards the Artic.

One difference Anthony noticed was the Flash wasn't similar to Ezra Miller, but rather Grant Gustin, whose Flash career began in Central City.

S.T.A.R. Labs was already partially owned by Anthony, who planned to help out the Flash team in the future, once Barry Allen gained his powers of the speed force.

"*Sigh* Tony… you know better than I do that we need to prepare for the future.

If its anything like you've explained to me so far, then we need to gather like-minded people."

"Not yet, Bruce.

Society is far too behind to accept people of other colours and sexuality; do you honestly believe they'll come to understand the reasoning behind our plans?

No, they'll cry out to the government and ask for answers or oversight which is the last thing we want.

For now, we need to deal with the street crimes, and organisations in America.

If it leads to us chasing after them aboard, then so be it."

Anthony understood Bruce liked to ask his opinion on certain matters because he would be a couple steps ahead of the infamous paranoid Batman.

This was due to Anthony discussing certain events far ahead in the future that it would cause any major effects early on.

In the case of the League of Shadows, which renamed itself the League of Assassins, the Uchiha Clan seized up the properties and assets of the League before they could transfer it over into the control of their new organisation.

Anthony knew this had infuriated the League of Assassins, but he couldn't care less, as they would no doubt fall into his hands eventually.

Surprisingly though, he had some interesting conversations with Diana Prince through Ultron hiding his background so she couldn't track him down.

Diana was interested in his plans for the future, as she'd fought in various groups over the course of her lifetime living outside of Themyscira.

For now, though, Diana's funding was increased through a private investor who wished to help her maintain anonymity from the public's eye, while continuing her public façade until the right time.

Anthony rather wanted to try and see if he could gain her favour.

Ever since he met her as a child, Anthony deeply fell for the Amazonian Princess though he knew her heart belong to another person, who'd long passed away.

"Fine, but that still doesn't mean we can't move ahead and prepare.

Are you ready to set up the first orbital space defensive station, Tony?"

"Yes, but before that I want to bring peace to Africa so Wayne Enterprise and Stark Industries, as it'll be the site of the first Space Elevator Earth-Based City."
