"Betty must be really important for you to be here to bother her all day, in fact." Beatrice is once again bothered by the one and only, Rem Sasaki.
Even though she's been only a few days, Beatrice feels like she belongs here to serve for Roswaal or something. But something still doesn't feel right about it.
"Sorry for bothering, Beako." Rem enters the forbidden archive as she closes the door behind her. Beatrice continues her read, but obviously she wants to know why she is bothering Beatrice with her presence in this room.
"Let me get to the point, Beako. I am cursed."
…
"What?"
Rem shrugs as she summons her Morning Star and she sits on it. "I have no time to waste, come on Beako~ You can check me for cursing."
Beatrice sighs as she closes and puts her book down as she approaches Rem.
"You lead me to no choice, I suppose!"
She was about to give Rem another shocking of her life so she won't come back anytime soon but once in her reach Beatrice stopped when she smelled something from Rem.
"The traces of a curse- You really are cursed, aren't you??"

Rem sighs as she pouts.
"Sigh, I knew it. Rem has been cursed… Do you think you can help me with this?"

"As I said, Betty can't-
"I know, I know. But that's now what I meant. Do you think you can trace where I got cursed? You said yourself the only way to get cursed is by physical touch right?"

Beatrice sighed. Seeing that there's an obvious trace of a curse she at least needs to help Rem so she can't be disturbed anymore.
"Fine then, I suppose. Just so you know I'm only doing this because your inevitable death will arrive soon, in fact!"

Rem looked at the side before she nodded to Beatrice, which left her in curiosity.
"Why did you nod like it's nothing? I just announced your death. Aren't you afraid, I suppose?"

"I'm fine Beako. You could say I already accepted it. The least I could do is try and do something about it before I die."

"Ugh, hold still."
Beatrice, ignoring this emotional feeling inside of her starts to examine Rem by touching her forehead. Rem seems like she's about to find out who might be the conjurer.

Rem starts to see some kind of black mist that's coming out of her… it's coming out of her arm, where that… that dog…
Beatrice noticed its presence and she makes it disappear once Rem has seen where she's been cursed.
"That's all. You can go now, I suppose."

Rem looked at her hand where she got bitten by that small cute puppy. She looks at Beatrice.
"B-beako… J-just to confirm… The shaman person… To get cursed… they touch you, correct…?"

Beatrice nods.
Rem's ghost horn comes out and genuine anger and insanity is starting to show in Rem's face. She gets up and walks out of the forbidden archive calmly.
"Thanks… Beatrice… I hope you have a good sleep."
Rem shuts the door before she starts running to the hallway and grabs a sword that's on display for some reason as she holds it with anger.
"All that stress… All that frustration! My death and Subaru's death… was caused by a stupid cute dog?!!"

Subaru was just finished sweeping the floor and is now taking the rest of the day off. But he suddenly hears aggressive running towards the upstairs. He stores the sweeper first before looking at who's making such a ruckus.
But all of the sudden Rem appears as she jumps off the staircase and hair wings come out making her land properly. She didn't know what just happened but she forgets the thought and runs straight for the door, not until he meets Subaru in her way who immediately stops her.
"Woah woah hey! Rem, where are you going? Why are you in such a hurry and why is your face filled with… I don't know, bloodlust??" Subaru knows that lust for blood in Rem isn't towards anyone here so he has nothing to worry about, but he is curious to who she wants to murder.
Ram suddenly appeared. "I've heard some loud footsteps just now, was it you Rem?"
Ram approaches Subaru who looks at him for an explanation. He shrugs as he has no clue what's up with Rem as well.
Seeing that both of the workers are now in front of her. Rem takes a deep breath, happy thoughts before looking at them. "Okay. I'm cursed, and it seems like some dog bit me that gave me the curse." Rem shows her hand and the bitemark. "I'm so sorry for disturbing the night, but I must go and murder a cute dog that's been troybling me lately."

All there was to get were confusions. Ram and Subaru had no idea what Rem is talking about but Ram seems to understand it a bit more than Subaru.
"I see, you've been cursed by this...dog, and you're going outside to kill it, correct?"
"Yes Ram-chi! Exactly! Rem hasn't been herself lately because some stuff was happening to me, but now with a lead I can finally end my own suffering!" Rem says as she finally calms down and takes out a handkerchief and rubs it on her face to calm her down.
