Reincarnated as Naruto's Twin Brother

Outside the village called Konoha, the nine-tailed fox stands in front of a red-haired woman, looking at her with hateful eyes because he was sealed inside her for years.

Now she binds him with Uzumaki chakra chains, and beside her stands a man with yellow hair, who also gazes seriously at the fox, fueling its anger.

The fox tries to break free from the chains by force but fails. It knows the couple is up to no good and fears what they might do next. With that, it struggles, strikes at the people in front of its eyes, and attempts to leave and distance itself from them.

"Minato, don't use the Reaper Death Seal. Let's find another way. It won't last much longer.

Think about our two innocent sons. What will happen to them when both you and I are gone?" the red-haired woman says to her husband, tears streaming down her face as she looks at their newborn children.

The little sons were born not long ago, and her husband considers sealing the nine tails by sacrificing himself to protect the village.

She knows she will die soon since the Nine-Tails is no longer inside her. She isn't worried about herself, but she fears for her little, innocent twin sons.

What will happen to them if they have no one in this world? They will be orphans, growing up lonely without the care of parents, hated by the village people and labelled as monsters for being Jinchuriki of a tailed beast, just like how she was treated in the village.

"Kushina, don't worry. The village people will call them heroes for stopping the Nine-Tails' attack and becoming its host. I'm sure they will… Also, I'll seal some of my chakra inside them.

If something goes wrong in the future with the seal, I'll be able to help them guard against it," Minato says with confidence, always being a positive person who believes in others easily. He reassures his wife with certainty.

"Then also use some part of my soul in the sealing so I can help them when they need to master the chakra. Also, I want to tell them something when they grow up," Kushina says with a sad sigh, acknowledging that there's no other way around it.

"Alright, I will do it. Also, I understand your worries. Don't worry, Jiraiya sensei and the Third Hokage will take care of them in our place," Minato says as he begins to make hand seals.

"Alright, I am going to use the last bit of my chakra in it. You better make it quick because I don't know how long I can hold on," Kushina says, forcing herself to use more chakra to restrain the Nine-Tails that almost broke free.

"Reaper Death Seal," Minato says as he completes the hand seals. Before starting the main sealing process, he calls a toad and gives it the key to the seal.

"Lord Fourth... Oh, where have you called me? Is that the Nine-Tails?" the toad says, startled after seeing the fox.

"We don't have enough time. Here is the seal to open the seal for the Nine-Tails. Give this to my sons when they are ready," Minato says, handing over the key and sharing important information with the toad, who vanishes with a puff.

"Let's do this. First, I will seal the yang half inside Naruto. Get ready, Kushina," Minato says as he swings the blade of the reaper to cut the Nine-Tails in half.

"Noooo…!" When the Nine-Tails gets cut in half, it roars out in pain. The chakra chain gets loose, and it swiftly tries to strike Naruto to retrieve its lost half.

However, Kushina intervenes, protecting her child with her own body, but unfortunately, she isn't strong enough to stop the Nine-Tails. Minato joins her and gets pierced by the fox's huge nail.

"You're next, Kirito," Minato says, and as Kushina uses her last amount of chakra for one last time, Minato uses the last of his life to seal the yin half of the Nine-Tails inside his second son.

As the sealing is complete, the husband and wife collapse on the ground. The Fourth Hokage of Konoha is no more.

Soon after the Nine-Tails vanishes, Sarutobi Hiruzen, the Third Hokage of Konoha, arrives only to find the Fourth Hokage lying on the ground. "Minato, Kushina," he says as he comes to their side.

"Lord Third," Kushina manages to say, still clinging to life despite her severe injuries. She fights against death itself to ensure her children's safety. Even with a giant hole in her stomach, she moves from under her husband to be next to Hiruzen.

"Kushina, don't move," Hiruzen says, helping the red-haired woman to shift slightly.

"Naruto, Kirito, my sons," Kushina says, pointing to her twins.

"Yes, they are safe," Hiruzen reassures her as he takes her near her two sons.

"The Nine-Tails is sealed inside them. The Yang half is sealed inside Naruto, our elder son, while the Yin half is inside Kirito, his little brother. Please take care of them. Minato said they will be called heroes by the village people, and you will take care of them," Kushina says, coughing and spitting out a little blood.

"Don't worry, I will look after them and ensure they grow up well," Hiruzen promises as he looks at the mother who is doing her best.

"Thank you," Kushina says, looking at her twins and adding, "Grow up well and try to forgive mommy for leaving you alone, my little angels," before falling lifeless to the ground with a sad smile on her face.

After she dies, several Anbu members approach Hiruzen.

"Lord Third," one of the Anbu says, looking at Hiruzen and the now-deceased Fourth Hokage.

"The Fourth Hokage is no more," Hiruzen says as he gazes at the twins on the ground and lifts them up in his arms.

Naruto is sleeping peacefully despite all the commotion.

Meanwhile, Kirito cries silently in Hiruzen's left arm, thinking, 'My mother died protecting me and my brother. Don't worry; I will grow up well,' as he closes his eyes, but tears continue to flow.

"What about the kid?" one of the Anbu members wearing a dog mask asks, looking at the Hokage.

"Tell everyone the kids also died in the Nine-Tails attack…"
