Prologue

I am Lucy Scythe, the only daughter of William Scythe, the head of the noble Scythe clan. The biggest pride and prodigy of the Scythe clan. In my previous life, I was Lucy Kingston. I went to high school like any ordinary girl. I was obsessed with a particular book called 'Forgotten Love'. It was a tragic love story set in a fantasy world. Sadly, the protagonists Sophia and Eric both ended up separating. I was so devastated when the book ended like that. My ship didn't sail. I just managed to remember my past life after choking on jelly and nearly dying. Oh, and did I mention? In my previous life, I died by choking on jelly. I have been reincarnated into the fantasy world of 'Forgotten Love' not just as an ordinary girl, but as a prodigy. This is year 700, the year Sophia and Eric are seven years old. I'm seven as well and at this rate, I'll go to the same magic school as them. This time, they will end up together. My ship will sail and I will live my life to the fullest!

In this world, everyone can use magic. Magic as in making things move and using it to heal people. There are limits to this but I won't go so deep into it now. Elemental magic however, can only be used by nobles. There are different noble clans and families, as well as the royal Kingstone Family. My clan, the Scythe clan is known for our wind magic. We're particularly good for attack. Whereas the Clipeus clan is known for their amazing earth magic defense.

In this life, I have two older brothers who are two years older than me. They're identical twins with fiery red hair and ocean blue eyes. My father, William Scythe, is a handsome man in his middle 30's with light brown hair elegantly swept back and the same ocean blue eyes as my brothers. My mother died not long after I was born and I bear quite the resemblance to her. Although I have father's light brown hair, I have my mother's bright green eyes and facial features. Anyways, my plan is to make it to Winston Academy of Magical Arts and Craft, which is where Sophia and Eric will go. For us nobles, we start school at 16. We get tutored privately by our tutors unlike the commoners who start school early. Winston Academy of Magical Arts and Craft is one of the highest ranked schools. Although I am a prodigy, I have to work hard for studies and math. Then when I make it in, I'll make sure Sophia and Eric stay together, and end up with each other.
