Darn, this Mage was bang on the buck about being a senior in the Magecraft realm. Accompanied by his keen observation of my movements, it was no wonder why Z was a Founder. And there's the earlier statement about knowing the existence of the Words Of the World.
"And waste this opportunity to fight someone this powerful? Hell no! If I pass on a chance like this, I might not reencounter it for the next hundred years! However, I do want to know about something else. If I can brave this next move, I want you to tell me about the Words Of the World."
"Vania? Oh, sure thing. Although, there is some information that is best left buried and hidden. Are you sure about finding out the truth?" questioned Z, looking concerned.
"Yes, I am sure about it. Shall we proceed?" I asked, preparing for to attack.
"I'm about to throw you one of my strongest offensive spells. Yet, you are swinging your sword in an attack stance. Why are you not doing a defensive position?" asked Z, holding up his Kunai.
"Don't worry about me. I've got something interesting to show you when that attack of yours comes flying to me."
I poured what Elemental Energy I could spare into this final standoff. At first, I was torn between using Avarice or another Elemental Spell. So far, Avarice would be the safest way to go to secure my wellbeing. However, coming up with my mix of Elemental Spells sounds more fun.
Hang on, what if I combine the two? Since the Words Of the World was silent, my vision had a text box pop-up asking if I wanted to use Avarice with a Custom Spell. I took a deep breath and mentally pressed 'Yes.' Instantly, my screen became red from the usual blue.
I felt another strong wave of Elemental Energy engulf my blade. The sword in my hands started shining vibrantly with various colors and Elements. My weapon felt heavy as Z's Kunai began to glow in a bright purple hue.
"A gift from Sister Of The Sun. A present from Queen of the Winds. A blessing from The Primordial Goddess Of Earth. A curse from The Brine King. A bane of The Undead King..." I chanted as a rainbow of colors surrounded me and my blade.
My vision started to blur as my body was hitting overdrive. My eyes were like a camera lens, going in and out of focus as I wielded my sword. I took a step forward slowly as if I was being pulled back by some unseen force. I raised my sword high after the first step.
The Galaxian Mage grinned as he saw the display of colors in front of him.
"Interesting... You bear a striking resemblance to Mavislin. Not to worry, I'm glad that I got to cross paths with you before Gillian. Well, I shall use my favorite Zodiac Spell. When The Stars Shine!" yelled Z, as he threw the Kunai upwards and into the sky above him.
A moment of shock flashed by as I realized this Mage's True Spell. True Spells are like the ultimate of a Mage. Unique to them and not for anyone else to call out. However, variations of True Spells can be created but not entirely remade.
It's like copying homework but changing some of the wording for the answers to make it seem another person did it. So, for example, the Flower Mage I fought yesterday had the Flower Dance Stages as her True Spell, while Mavislin has the Heaven's Wheel Stages.
It was the Constellation Spell for Bryan, like his Aquarius, Stars Of the Waterbearer. The Slayer was copying his ancestor's True Spell to recreate and use as his own. I did not have my True Spell yet since I was a new Mage in this realm, but I reckon I would be getting some.
And the more I was using my powers, the more I was getting the hang of how Spells work in this realm. It didn't take too long to process my next creation compared to the battle with Bryan. I used many incantations and words to signify the Element I call upon, but they're all the same.
Relatively the same but with different power levels. For instance, within the button for 'Fire,' there are multiple callouts to use if I wanted a specific group of power. Inferno would be the lowest of the tier list, while Agni, God Of Fire, would be the highest.
This goes for the rest of the Elements in my arsenal. But some Elements have redacted tiers, like my Water Element. So I've got Oceansoul, The Brine King, and The Saltsea Goddess. But there are some names locked, like Tsunami and Poseidon's Call.
