“Oh! You might know…” He ended the call interrupting his mother’s sentence.
“Boss, any issues?” asked his secretary as though he was walking on eggshells.
He ignored. Thus, was he, Ivan Adam. The most unbearable, cranky, and spoilt CEO of the ‘Adam Group of Industries’. But despite all his bad qualities, which were too many to even list, he was one of the most successful CEOs that the generation knew. He was admirable in what he did. But currently, he was suffering from his mid-twenties crisis. “Marriage”. He clearly was irritated by the idea to get tied down by marriage to an unknown person. He didn’t believe that selfless love even exists in the first place. Apart from that one time, when he saw her for the last time.

“Just meet him once sweetheart. He is the son of your dad’s friend. We don’t want to spoil his image and be rude right?” her mother was in the middle of convincing her daughter.

“Oh! c’mon, you are the CEO. Just this once you can change the time, can’t you?” her mother made her point.
“The question is ‘Will he like me?’”, she let out a sigh as she looked at the clear sky above through her window.
She was a woman who didn’t believe in blind dates and marriage. She was Erika Lee, the CEO of ‘Wing Media’. She was strong and thus loved by most of her employees, except for her extremely sarcastic personality.
So, what will happen if these two stone-hearted people come face to face to get tied down by the word marriage? Will their past haunt them? Will they give up or make way through this marriage of convenience?
