The x Hunter x exam (5)

It was so fucking boring. I was waiting for 70 hours. Luckily I didn't have to go to the toilet. Now there were only a few seconds left.

Suddenly the door opened and Gon, Killua, Kurapika, Leorio and Tonpa came out of it. Nothing changed till now regarding the plot.

Finally the waiting time was over and the door to the outside was opened. We were led to a small ship that would bring us to the next location.

If my memory serves me right we have to steal each other's badges. I hope I get someone like Tonpa so I can kill him.

He really sucks and is a pain in the ass. I just can't understand why he loves to crush rookies. That's literally the same as stepping on ants. It doesn't give you any satisfaction.

All of us had to pick a random card. On the card would stand the number of the participant they had to hunt.

Dabi was the third to pick a card. After he got one he went to the other side of the boat at looked at his card.

It was the number 16 so that meant he could indeed hunt Tonpa. We were released on after another.

After I left the boat I hid in the trees at the entry of the forest and waited for my prey. After one hour he left the boat and sprinted into the forest.

I followed him in the tree and watched him from the distance. After a few hours he settled down in a cave. That meant he had no way to escape if I would attack.

Not that he could flee if he had the opportunity. I stood in front of the cave and entered it. I wasn't trying to hide my presence, I made heavy footsteps on purpose.

"Who is there?" I didn't answer his question but slowly advanced till he saw me. "What do you want?" "Your badge."

Tonpa was shaking because of fear. He never felt that way before. He usually concentrated on crushing rookies that weren't powerful so in the face of a strong opponent he didn't know what to do.

"Here is my badge." Tonpa gave the badge to me. "Now leave there is nothing more to do here." "I hate it when people try to order me around."

With these words I shot a huge wall of fire at him. He had no nen so he wasn't able to save himself.

After killing Tonpa I felt better. Finally this guy was dead. After I left the cave I could feel somebody watching me. I didn't really care. He can attack me if he wants because I'll kill him if he tries.

I entered the forest and leaned against a tree. I was pretending to sleep but in reality I was waiting for the observer to take action. After half an hour he attacked.

Two knives flew in my direction. Before they could hit me I caught them and opened my eyes. There stood an old guy with one knife in each hand.

I just infused the knives with nen and threw them back. He wasn't able to react and was hit two times in the head.

[That wasn't an important guy for plot.] I took his badge and decided to find Hisoka and chill with him. After some time he found him in the middle of the forest.

"Look who is joining." Beside Hisoka stood Illumi without the needles on his face. He was digging a hole to sleep during the rest of the trial.

"I got the badge I need and killed the guy who had to get my badge now I'm bored." "Do you want to fight me now?" "No I'm going to make this trial difficult for the other participants."

"How are you going to do that." "Watch it and find it out." I went to a tree and put my hand on it. Then I spread my fire through the whole forest.

Every now and then a tree was set on fire. Some participants died because they were randomly hit by fire. It looked like a blue inferno.

"I'm going to the east area of the forest. Don't disturb me I want to chill a little bit." "Don't worry I got my own things to do."

[No! I have again to wait for such a long time. The exam is way to easy. I want the Yorknew city arc to begin. Then I'm gonna have some fun.]
