Chapter 66- Preparations

James POV

I paced through the space of my office wondering why I still haven't heard anything from her and it is almost a week after I gave her the document. She should be trying to get me to come back home by now, sending gifts and disturbing me with phone calls like Mum said she would but why isn't any of that happening right now? She has been too quiet for someone that looked so devastated last week. I could not help but remember mine and Mum's reaction as I gave her the whole gist of how it went down at Penelope's office.
