As Rose walked into the house, her heart suddenly felt warm seeing her parents together under one roof, one place she calls home. She had wanted to see the sight ever since she and her mother lived in this house. Her overwhelmed emotions instantly filled her heart when she see her dream come true.
Without knowing it, she began to tear up at the sight of the beautiful scene before her eyes. Her father lovingly helped her mother set the table for their lunch without speaking but could see they communicated through loving eyes.
She quickly shifted her gaze, pretending to look for Evan standing not far from her. When she saw his loving smile, she immediately walked toward him. Seeing his eyes made her restless heart instantly much calmer. But her eyes were still teary, causing Evan's expression to suddenly change. He was worried.
