Garchomp changes

Returning to the resort at the base of Mount Chimney, Helena could relax; Dune, as always, had done an incredible job minimizing damage to nearby zones; what could have been one of the worst catastrophes Hoenn had ever seen was averted.

All the staff and guests received May, Helena, Blaziken, and Dune as heroes after coming out of the dense forest.
