Pokemon: Legends Reborn [HIATUS]

Before this begins, just wanted to mention that this will be a story with a harem of six, which all have already been decided. Also, there may be some swearing every now and then, so just warning in advance.

This is a very short starting prologue chapter.

"Man, it's already been fifteen years."

The voice of a young man could be heard speaking to himself inside of a simple-looking bedroom, the young boy, of course, appearing to be of the age of fifteen. The male had a lean yet muscular physique along with fair skin, having also straight neat black hair and a pair of powerful-looking golden eyes.

This person was none other than Nathan, or simply Nate.

While sounding ridiculous, it had been an entire fifteen years since he and his friend had found themselves being shot down when terrorists ended up storming their school. They were certainly shocked when they had found themselves reborn into new lives in this world.

The world they were reborn into wasn't a normal one though, it was the world of Pokemon. The very same fictional world where little kids shoved animals with super powers into their red and white balls of power. He and his friend had great knowledge of this world and everything to do with it, so they were at an advantage.

It seemed that in this version of the world, trainers begin their adventure at the age of fifteen instead of ten. Which made a lot of damn sense. Sending a ten-year-old kid out into the wild to train creatures of mass destruction wasn't exactly the greatest idea, so allowing them to mature quite a bit more would be ideal.

Today was going to be the day that Nate and his best friend were going to be starting their journey, thus Nate was changing into appropriate attire for the road. He was wearing sleek black long pants along with a tight black and white t-shirt, along with having on white running shoes. Finally, over his shoulder was a decently large silver backpack.

Since he was born into a family that lived in Viridian City, they would need to go down Route 1 to get to Pallet Town so that Nate could get his hands on his Pokedex from Professor Oak. They had already made an appointment a couple days ago to inform the professor that he was going to be starting his journey.

He had yet to actually be allowed to leave Viridian City at all over the fifteen years, so he was excited to finally start venturing out into the wide world. After he was done here in Kanto, he made a promise with his friend that they were going to conquer every single region in this world! There might even be regions that have yet to be introduced!

They would become the best trainers the world had ever seen.

Well, Nate was at least, because...

[Yo, Nate!]

"Hm? Oh, Kayden."

Nate had turned his attention to the door when he heard a voice, to which he saw the door opening before revealing the person that had called out. Nate didn't seem surprised though when the figure revealed to be a pikachu, the very same electric mouse from the game, manga, and show, and more.

The reason for his rather calm reaction to seeing this pikachu and hearing it speak to him was because this was his friend. The very same friend that had died in the same way that he did and was reborn as well, though he was reborn as the pokemon of the household. Since they were really close, Kayden was pretty much Nate's first pokemon.

It was a very shocking situation after Nate and Kayden had been able to regain all of their memories due to being born at the same time, with Kayden being born as a pichu and quickly evolving into a pikachu. For whatever reason, Nate was always able to understand Kayden, though he couldn't talk with other pokemon.

"Did you need something, we're about to get going."

[Yeah, I kinda did something and I don't know what to do...]

"What did you do...?"

[I kinda went to take a shit and now there's a ball of my pikachu poop in the toilet, but it seems to be electrically charged with the power of a thousand suns after it came out of my ass. I don't really know what to do. I'm kinda afraid to flush it into the sewers]

"..."

"You're asking me to take care of your poop when we're the same age?"

[Yeah...]

"The flames of a million tomato berries burn brightly within me."
