Sarah and Frank exchanged yet another glance. “Spellman? Did Tony tell you Spellman was in on this?”
Cam stopped. “No, but she said it went straight to the top. I just figured…”
“Spellman? That little turd? She wouldn’t know how to find her own twat with both hands. I’m the top, sweetie.” Sarah’s voice was hard and angry now. “I’m the one who really runs this place. I have to do everything for her except wipe her ass. She doesn’t know half the things that happen here. She didn’t even know any of this was going on until the Feds told her. She’s so out of touch with the real world, she might as well run for governor.”
Frank stifled a smile.
“Let’s get this over with,” Sarah said. “When and where?”
“I’ll have a friend call you and make arrangements. He’ll be able to tell me when the transaction’s complete.”
“Does your friend already know about this?”
“No, I’ll contact him tonight.”
Sarah glanced at Frank. “Then I guess we have a deal.”
