An Alliance?

[RAIKAGE POV]

'That kid was using the same jutsu as the yellow flash and he has the Mangekyo Sharingan on top of it, in a few years he will even surpass the yellow flash if he already has not, and i can tell he was not even taking me seriously while fighting, from what that plant like creature said the Akatsuki must be after the Biju and if we go to war with Konoha now it wont be good for us, it will give the Akatsuki an easier chance to get the Jinchuriki while we are fighting amongst each other, and if we lost the Jinchuriki we will be weakened its not ideal to continue this war anymore' The 4th Raikage thought

The Raikage looked to his left at the Konoha Shinobi and asked "Why are you Konoha Shinobi in the Land of Lightning?"

Kakashi replied "Raikage-Sama we are here to give you a message from the Hokage" and handed the Raikage a scroll.

After reading the Scroll for a few minutes the Raikage thought, 'I was hoping that we could win this war and be called the strongest village but that will have to wait until this threat with the Akatsuki has been solved, its better to sign the Peace Treaty, even though Konoha doesn't have the Uchiha Clan they are still strong.'

The Raikage looked at Kakashi and said "Very well, inform your Hokage that i will come to Konoha in a week so that we can hold peace talks, for the time being i expect all the Konoha Shinobi in the Land of Lightning to leave and i will withdraw all my Shinobi from the Land of Fire as well"

After this all of them went their own and as this happened a plant like creature came out of the tree.

"Everything is going exactly like he planned" said the black half of the creature.

"But why is he doing this to stop a war?, wont a war help the Akatsuki to collect the tailed beasts?" the white half asked

"who knows, anyway lets go, he said he will take care of Kirigakure and Iwagakure" the black half said and Zetsu went back into the ground.

[KONOHA]

In Konoha in the Hokage's Office there were currently 5 People, the third Hokage, the two advisers, Shimura Danzo and Kakashi Hatake.

"What" shouted the hokage

"Kakashi are you sure about this?" Danzo asked

"Hai, i have seen sensei use that jutsu many times and it was the exact same that Chiba was using, that was the Flying Raijin." Kakashi said

"If this is true it will be a big problem for Konoha, we need to get rid of him as soon as possible." the two advisers said

The hokage sighed and said"We can't"

"What do you mean we can't?" The two advisors said

"There is no one in Konoha to take him on" hiruzen said

The two elders were about to speak but hiruzen cut them off by saying "Kakashi your dismissed"

Hiruzen looked at his old teammates and said "killing him at this point is not possible, and this is mainly because we don't have anyone strong enough to fight him, just with the Mangekyo he was too much to handle and now we know that he can use the same Jutsu as the fourth and the second so quantity is useless against him, even if we send a 1000 of our men to kill they will most probably die and even if someone is strong to fight him, he could just use the flying raijin to run away"

As he said this all three of the others looked down ashamed at themselves that they can't do anything about this Uchiha, especially Danzo since even he now knew for sure he was no match to Chiba even with all the Sharingan in his arm.

Hiruzen decided to brake the silence in the room, "Anyway I don't think he would go against the village unless we do anything to provoke him so let's move on to the next issue at hand."

Hiruzen looked at Danzo and said, "Danzo are you sure the information you told me before Kakashi got here is true?"

"Yes there is no mistake, Iwagakure will not bother us for now anymore"

The two elders were shocked to hear this and said "but why would they do that?"

"As you know Kirigakure just got done with their own civil war and are hence trying to form treaties with other villages to strengthen themselves, because of this they approached iwa and they agreed but nothing was fully signed yet and they decided to do a joint mission before signing a treaty, iwa didn't really want an alliance with Kiri at the moment so they set up a joint mission to try and squire a bloodline from the mist and during the mission the iwa ninjas turned on the Kiri ninjas and tried to take the eyes of Aoi a person who possess the byakugan and also tried taking a terumi Cian member with then to iwa but failed, due to this they believe that there is a chance Kiri might make a move against then so they are pulling away from our fight since they know they can't fight two different villages at once."
