The group of genin are crying as they lay on the ground. Shin snorted and goes to report. He needs as many jutsu and illusions as he can and learn their theory before placing a limiter on them too. He goes to the village guard office and showed his sharingan.

The uchiha clansmen looked at him surprised and called Fugaku. Fugaku looked at his sharingan and babbled about uchiha honour and their duty to protect the village he then gave a few scrolls of jutsu and illusion to shin.

Shin is a genin already and joined konoha police force as he didn't receive any guidance from any jonin due to the higher ups targetting uchiha clan and tearing their face left and right. Shin thoughts are interrupted by a quarell between a prisoner and a guard.

Fugaku dismissed shin and goes to see the commotion to resolve it. Meanwhile shin is looking at the scrolls and scanned their theory using sharingan. He goes to rounds and then appeared in training grounds. Watching people do jutsu and copy it with sharingan. Looking at his status he placed the limiter again and this time it shows 9 months on the timer.

Shin didn't say anything. It's when itachi is 13 that shisui died. He and itachi are almost the same age. So he got a year and a few more days on top of it at maximum. He needs you prepare for the upcoming massacre.

Shin's duty is spent patrolling, resolvijv conflicts and arresting people. Of course he won't arrest anyone he will join a group where the group leader and others will argue and took them to custody. Shin just watched them and took action when a fight appears that's all.

As for going to shisui and Itachi, it's paramount to suicide especially with shishu having the Kotoamatsukami. He needs to be careful with this. Once he look into shisui's eye then it's over for him. He is only a three tomoe at this time. Mangekyou is on other level compared to three tomoe.

Shin basically didn't do much expect eating, sleeping, patrolling, training to not get his body rusty, and attend clan meeting when there fanatics shout. No body cares about him anyway. As shin is making plans, here shisui is telling the bullshit will of fire to itachi and sasuke who appeared to train with them.

Shisui looked at sasuke and asked," Sasuke, do you what's important? ", sasuke who is his brother's fan boy and shisui's admirer at this time thought and said," Growing stronger like itachi-nee and shisui-nee ".

Itachi smiled wryly while shisui chuckled and said," No sasuke. The most important than anything is the village and peace. It's to protect the village with everything we got. With the will of fire left by first and second hokage and inherited by the third hokage and us. We need to protect our comrades and this village with our life, so the future generations can live peacefully ".

Even sasuke felt something wrong in those words. But he is now in a fan boy mode and nodded his head vigorously while casting an adimring look at shisui and itachi.
