What to expect

 IF U DON'T WANT TO BE SPOILED THEN GO TO CHAPTER 1

Okay so main character Matthew Roberts, he WILL HAVE NO CHAKRA, but he will have bending.

 The reason I decided to do this is because the Avatar will have many sub elements that are basically bloodline limits. This will give Matthew a unique and strong advantage, but because of the lack of chakra he will not be some crazy planet buster. He will be strong when his powers are mastered, but he won't be able to beat the likes of Pain or Madara, so he will have to rely on planning and allies.

 What is his goal, his goal is to reach his full potential. He loves using cool powers and he became obsessed with it, but his goal changes when talking to the past Avatars, he decides to try an end to the war. 

Time period will be during Kakashi's generation.
