I made up special genin chunin jounin . I will use them in my novel . While ancestor rank is just retired Kage chilling rest of his/ her years .

Jutsu ranking 

rank D- Academy trainee 

rank C - genin 

rank B - chunin 

rank A - jounin 

rank S - Kage 

note :- while jutsu and ninja ranking have connection it all depends on chakra . If an academy trainee has chakra to support a rank S jutsu he can use it . Ranking of jutsu for a ninja is just for safety and experience based .
