Dinner

Isla had been in class, so she didn't receive a call from Mark. When the dance class was over, she saw several missed calls on it, all from the same person.

She put on her clothes and walked out of the classroom to dial the number. After two beeps, the call was connected. No one spoke first. It was like a silent confrontation. She felt her ears were so quiet that she could hear the subtle sound of electricity from the mobile phone.

Nearly half a minute.

Ultimately, she gave up and spoke first, "Why are you calling me so many times?"

Mark was suppressing his emotions, but he couldn't suppress his rough voice, "Isla, are you deliberately not answering my call?"

This little trick disgusted him.

She calmed down and said, "Mark, are you looking for me just to quarrel with me?"
