They replied.

"That's great, So you humans eat fish. You catch millions of them each day. You fry it, grill it, smoke it, make curry with it or sometimes eat it raw. Then if a Shark kills a few humans, then you start acting like it is the end of the world. You show it on news channels, newspapers, have numerous poll to decide whether it is right or not yada yada. You even make films on it, make their sequels if they hit."

"Do you know why? Humans are hypocrites. They fear the strong. That is also the reason why you guys pray for the deer who is trying to escape from the Lions clutches. You don't have any compassion for the deer. You just want to see the Lion return empty handed. You guys can't do anything to it. Hence you pray that it dies of hunger."

"You pray that the small and cute deer get saved and when it does, you guys were the one who ate chicken, pork and other animals to celebrate it. You guys are hypocrites. Most of you. And I want to protect the minority of kind and innocent people that are left."

"That's why I became a Villain, for I can end a life without any remorse or public opinions when I think that someone needs to die.... and that person's actions will be the factors that will decide whether he will live or not... It's not me... I just kill them. It is their own karma that made them come to me to get slaughtered."

"So do you really think I can be a 'Superhero' with all this?"

Karn/Brynhildr said to Lois Lane. Lex Luther and Superboy were with her.

"I can't nor do I want to now."

"You know what, I am fed up with this noise."

Brynhildr stood up after saying this. He created a Bow from his armour and fired a newly created energy arrow from it.

What happened next shocked all of them.

The energy arrow destroyed the area like a particle beam. The energy beam was 100 metres in width and 1000 in length. Everything in the range of the energy arrow was ravaged.

After a few seconds, a shallow gorge with a length of 1 km was formed on that place.

Brynhildr turned around them.

"I am telling you guys this so you can inform him. Tell him, that whatever happens, he should not become like me."

"For if a person can love something wholeheartedly then he can hate it the same."

"One of my side mission is to stop him into turning like me.''

"Goodbye."

Brynhildr said that and left. All of them were shocked at this level of power. They had the same thought.

He was right!

Superman is the only one who can fight him while saving the whole city. Doomsday doesn't even have any remains from his body in front of that attack. It was strong.

Meanwhile, their so called strong person was self loathing.

"Ah, I forgot to add these two lines. All the others were according to script. Except the attack of Doomsday. I need to memorize those lines better. Why in the world do I not have Eidetic memory (｡ŏ﹏ŏ)."

Everything that he said was scripted. He should have written webnovels in his past life.

He did this so that they can they have some of his 'weakness' and use it later. It would be too boring for him if he were to just win. He needed to make his life exciting.

Plus what he said was half true. The best lies are the ones which had hints of truth mixed in them. A person gets confused between the actual truth and falsehood because of it.

His Captain would never ask them to protect humans regardless of what they do. He was the person who started everything. His words were to repent, not protect humans but to repent for their sins which they unknowingly committed.

He was the savior of weak, he would never order them to be like that.

"Let's forget about that. I need to charge my suit faster. I just used a single attack to show-off and more than 90 percent power is gone. I need to find a better power source or make one myself."

"Let's try it."

Karn tried to create a new power source. He thought of all the power source he knew of, be it Arc reactor, Sun reactor, nuclear reactor, Plasma reactor, Photon reactor, potatoes reactor but none of them worked.

The results, the remaining half of the hotel room where he was staying was destroyed as well.

"Life is hard~ ."

Should I go to Gotham now. My new vigilante identity also needs to be created. Black Lotus needs to see the light tonight.

He was not just planning to be a Villain. That was the cannon fodder identity that he created to save his own identity.

One of the benefits of being a villain is that you don't have to regularly show your faces to the masses. You just need to do it when you want to. Just like politicians.

He was smart but Batman was smarter than him. Far smarter than him. That's why having backups won't hurt.

Karn was excitedly packing his stuff when he saw that it was 3 am. He had wasted five hours to create all those failures.

"Well, Black Lotus can come tomorrow. Let's sleep. I have slept in the morning but that was for the effects of Half energy body serum to work perfectly."

He was sleeping for true this time.

Lex Corp

Luther was watching the satellite view of Karn's attack as Brynhildr. He was shocked at that show of power.

Doomsday was literally evaporated from that attack.

He wanted Karn's Brynhildr suit. He was thinking of things he would be able to do if he could mass produce that suit.

He could finish Superman, he would be able to fight against anything.

He started searching for all the footages and clues that he could find against him.

He didn't find any. There were no camera footage on him. There were no information to find. All the traffic cameras, household cameras and even the cameras that were fitted at the building where Superboy and Doomsday fought.

There was no footage of him.

The recording showed everything. It showed Luther, Lois Lane, Superboy, Doomsday and even the camera man but he was not there.

His figure was not recorded in the cameras. None of them. It was as if he was never there to begin with.

If not for the fact that the camera showed them talking to something in the air and Superboy being hit by the invisible barrier, he would have thought either he was imagining things or Brynhildr was an illusionist or telepathic and he controlled their minds into thinking he was there.

That was a technology far advanced than anything he had seen.

The only actual footage of him was from the satellite. All of them before being encased in the barrier and after getting out of his barrier was available to him.

That technology either could not hack satellites or he never tried to.
