202 Fiancees?

[A/N: if you guys are wondering about the bonus chapter, then it will be released after we get 600 PS, and the ps goal for the next one will become 650 means if you want to get another bonus chapter this week you will need 1250 PS which I don't think will happen, And yes I am being an Asshole by increasing the required Ps by 50 every time the goal is reached, Bye~]

"I'll keep it in mind, But I am surprised Sylvie is so relaxed around you despite meeting you a few days ago," Arthur said while looking at Sylvie who was acting like a cat even though she was a dragon.

'Professor's presence reminds me of Grandma Sylvia for some reason, maybe that is why Sylvie is so carefree around him,' Arthur was in deep thought looking at Sylvie.

"So was that it," Haru's voice brought Arthur out of his thoughts, He had in fact something more he wanted to talk about or more like he wanted some advice.

'How do I put this? This is quite embarrassing for me even though I am technically over 50 now,' Arthur thought with a wry smile.

'I guess, I shouldn't ask,' Arthur thought as he looked at Haru and was a little shocked seeing a knowing smile on the former's face.

"You want to ask about love advice, huh," Haru said making Arthur flinch. Haru was sure he had nailed it since Arthur has been acting a bit weirdly around Tessia since tomorrow.

'I really feel like I am standing in front of Grandma Sylvia, he just doesn't miss,' Arthur thought and nodded as he decided to bite the bullet.

"Hmm, so did she propose to you?" Haru asked and Arthur nodded a bit reluctantly with a blush.

Tess told him that she loved him yesterday and wanted to marry him, and he has been in a spiral since. Arthur didn't know what to say as he didn't understand how this will work. He was over 50 even though he looked 12 on the outside he didn't know what to say and.....

"You walked away," Haru said with a deadpan look making Arthur look away while whistling.

"Sigh* why are you so against accepting it? Don't you like her?" Haru asked after a long sigh.

"Well….That….." Arthur was once again wasn't able to answer, he cared for Tessia a lot and he felt a little attraction towards her, but there were two things stopping him; First was his revenge against Lucas which would put him in the cross-hair of a Lance of the human kingdom, His involvement with Tessia can sour the relationship between the Elves and Humans, and Second was his past as King Grey.

[Papa is an idiot that made Mama sad,] Sylvie who was on Haru's spoke in Arthur's head.

"Hoh, you already have titles? Good going looks like I don't need to care about this issue," Haru said while Arthur was half blushing and half shocked.

'How did he hear that?' Arthur had his mouth agape.

"Close your mouth it was because Sylvie spoke in my head as well," Haru said as Sylvie had a smug look on her face.

[Sylvie is smart unlike Papa,] She declared with a proud look making Arthur's face twitch.

"I can see that you like her even if you try to play it off, so what is it? Is it perhaps…." Haru paused while narrowing his eyes and Arthur felt Goosebumps rising all over his body.

'There it is again, It feels almost the same…No, it is even more pressuring than Grandma Sylvia,' Arthur thought while sweat followed down his brow, He had felt like this in front of Sylvia who was the only person who knew that he wasn't from this world.

"I'll tell professor about it since I can see there is no point in hiding it, But can you answer a Question for me after this?" Arthur asked and Haru nodded.

'This might be my only chance to find out about it, once I can confirm this I can tell my family and Tess about it,' Arthur thought and took a deep breath he knew that Haru was already able to get many clues since they met first.

He always felt like Haru can read him like an open book and it was confirmed to be true just now, he was almost certain that Haru found out about him not being from this world.

So he told Haru about his current predicament, As he continued Haru listened with an impassive face further supporting his suspicions about Haru knowing everything.

"I am quite surprised that you actually told me this," Haru spoke with a shrug.

'You don't look surprised at all though,' Arthur thought with a blank face while Sylvie was sleeping, she fell asleep midway for some reason. Arthur thought it was strange but didn't think too deeply about it.

"Well, I thought that Professor already knew about it but chose not to talk about it," Arthur said with a sigh, he knew that this decision can certainly put him into jeopardy, but he felt calm, unnervingly so.

'Is Professor using some kind of Magic?' Arthur thought since it has been on his mind since the day he met Haru, he felt some type of mysterious air around him that made people let their guard down when they were with him.

Haru was calm and collected most of the time, with being kind of dorky and shameless person that can make others smile while warming up to him even if he just met them. But he was quite serious when the situation demanded it hell he was one of the most serious people Arthur had met.

"It is true that I knew about you not being from this world," Haru said and Arthur nodded since his gut feeling came true.

"So you want to confirm something right, Go on ask away," Haru said making Arthur smile wryly he only said that he wanted to ask something but Haru already narrowed it down.

"It is seriously quite scary that nothing can be hidden from you Professor," Arthur said as he mentally prepared himself for the possible answer that he didn't want to his question. He was more nervous than he had ever been, He had always assumed the worst possible scenario for this question.

But now that there was a chance to confirm the correct answer was in front of him he was scared, No one wants their worst nightmare to come true, he was almost tempted to not ask it and let it be his own delusion, Rather than to ask and possibly confirm it to be the truth.

"Fufu, aren't I great, You should worship me more," Haru said with his nose high up, Arthur felt his eyes twitch but seeing Haru act like that calmed him down to some extent.

"Professor the thing I want to ask you is….." Arthur asked his question.

The door to the Training room opened and Arthur walked out with red and puffy eyes, it was certain that he cried but there was some relief on his face he made his towards the director's office with a sleeping Sylvie in his arms and knocked on the door.

"Come in," Cynthia's voice rang out on the other side of the door as it opened allowing Arthur in.

"What happened to you dear?" Cynthia asked seeing Arthur.

"Nothing, I came to ask if I can take a leave from the academy for 2 days," Arthur asked.

"That won't be a problem as long as you run it through Professor Tsugikuni since you are in the D.C after all," Cynthia answered, she was curious about what happened for Arthur to ask for a leave suddenly but she kept it aside since a lot of developments that she didn't expect were happening right now.

'They are moving way too fast from what was planned,' Cynthia sighed because she couldn't ask Haru for help he told her that he will make a move when the time is right, Which roughly translated to he will do things when he feels like doing them.

"I already have Professor's permission for that," Arthur said while showing Cynthia a document that had Haru's signature.

"Well then I have no issue with it, Come back after doing what need," Cynthia smiled as Arthur went out of the room, But he ran into someone…

"H-Hello Arthur," Tessia greeted him a bit awkwardly with a little blush, she has been a bit on edge since Arthur has been avoiding her since she outright asked him to marry her.

'I came a bit too hard on him, Lady Queresha told me not to push my feeling onto him and I did exactly that,' Tessia was panicking in her mind.

"Are you alright Tess?" Arthur asked with a small smile.

"I-I am fine, And about the other day you know I wasn-" Tess who was in the middle of her explanation was hugged by Arthur making her stop.

'huh, Huh, HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH' Tessia was shocked at the sudden hug.

"W-What happened Arthur?" Tessia asked while hugging Arthur back, she was a bit stunned seeing Arthur make a move like this.

"Let's start as fiancées first," Arthur said as he looked at Tessia's face.

"What?" Tessia was astounded at the sudden words.
