His strong scent clouded her nostrils, awakening her senses. 

Sam's senses had advanced because she was changing into a vampire. The child in her tummy was half vampire and human, the changes were gradual, getting more strong with each passing day.

"Alexander Hernandez, please take good care of my daughter."Mr Jason said as he handed the vampire his daughter's arm.

"You don't need to worry about anything, Mr Jason."Alexander said, the corner of his lips Curved into a smile, "I will take good care of her."

The mafia leader grabbed Sam's hand with a lot of care and planted a gentle kiss on her knuckles. His warm lips on her hand send an electric current through her body.

Mr Jason nodded his head, he knew the mafia leader more than anyone else. Alexander has saved Sam so many times, it proved that he's capable of taking good care of her.

"Shall we?"Alex asked with a raised brow, the corner of his lips curved into a smile and Sam nodded her head.
