Wu Lang Became Alone

"Xu Zhuya" A frail voice came from the door. Yan Rong stood still at the entrance of the door. She was thinking whether to talk with her or no.

Because she didn't wanted to hear those words of hers like last time. Those words were too much heartbreaking for Yan Rong.

"Ohh My Goddd!!! Look who it is? It is your beautiful aunty, YanYan!!" Xu Zhuya exclaimed to Wu Muqing and stretched out her arms asking for a hug.

Yan Rong cried as she realized that her friend was actually back and she quickly ran to give her a hug. "Xu Zhuya!! I really missed you!! Why were you gone away from me for so long??" Yan Rong asked crying.

She had pulled her so tightly in a hug that Xu Zhuya said "YanYan!! Hug me lightly. I can't breathe with this tight hug of yours!!" She lightly tapped on her shoulder.

Yan Rong loosened her hug and held her hand. "You are the only one whom I have by my side! How could you leave me??"

"The only one??" Xu Zhuya asked her with her left eyebrow arched upwards.

Yan Rong nodded.

"Huh? The only one, then who is Liu Xenguang??" Xu Zhuya asked in a teasing manner.

Hearing his name, Yan Rong blushed and lowered her head. Then, she continued "Is there any good news for me? You seem different!" Xu Zhuya was just teasing her but, Yan Rong's unexpected agreement shook her.

"Are you really pregnant, YanYan?" Xu Zhuya asked with her eyes widened.

Yan Rong gave a nod "I got to know it today itself!"

"Aigoo! I'm so happy! Finally I will become an aunt!" Xu Zhuya exclaimed and faced Wu Muqing. Holding his hand, she said "Clap your hands, little boy... You will soon be a big brother!"

"Really, mommy?" Wu Muqing excitedly clapped his hands when he was assured by his mother that he was gonna be a big brother soon!

"So, did you see the car??" Wu Yanchen asked Wu Fan.

Since Wu Fan was seated in the front he didn't had any major injuries, so he was in a quite good condition. He rested his back on the bed and swiftly munched on his fruits. He said while chewing "Not really!! I just saw the car hit and take a reverse and go away. It seemed like it was planned."

"Then how are we to find about it??" Wu Yanchen asked frustrated.

Swallowing the last strawberry, Wu Fan contemplated. Then something flashed through his mind. "Leave it on me, brother!! I know who it was. I will get it all done!!" Wu Fan said with a flashing smile and gave a thumbs up.

"No!! I won't let you do it alone!!" Wu Fan's smile vanished as he heard his brother.

"I know who it is bro. So, let me do it!!" Wu Fan wailed like a child and immediately took his phone. He swiftly moved his hands on the screen and kept his phone back on the table.

He gave another flashing smile to his brother and said "Just chill and spend time with sister-in-law. I will get things get done!!" He winked at Wu Yanchen.

Wu Yanchen agreed to the request of his brother. All this while he was demanding his brother to get things done alone and now when he was willing to do it alone, he especially wanted to join him. What sort of irony was this??

Wu Fan kept the food tray on the table and got down of the bed. He wiped his hands clean on his hospital dress and started to push his brother.

"Wha...what are you doing?? Why are you sending me out??" Wu Yanchen asked flabbergasted.

"Because..." Wu Fan stopped. He tried finding words to explain in short and gave up.

Finally, he said "Ahh!!! Brother, you really are so naïve!! YOU SHOULD SPEND TIME WITH YOUR WOUNDED WIFE RATHER THAN YOUR BROTHER WHO IS LESS WOUNDED!!" He said the last sentence in extreme annoyance over his brother.

He was happy for the fact that his brother was here to see him, but, more than him, his sister-in-law needed Wu Yanchen the most!!

Saying that, he finally pushed him out of the door and slammed the door shut...

Wu Yanchen who was trying to enter inside after being sent out, felt his head hit the door hardly. He slightly rubbed it and cursed a few words under his breath!!

Li Wei entered inside his mansion. As he entered, Butler Gong handed him a note. "CEO Li!! Madam Ning left this for you!!"

With anger boiling within his body, he took the note. It read

"I have taken the kids along with me!! I will come back once your anger cools down!! I have fed Wu Lang and he is asleep in his room. Don't try to find me!!"

Folding the paper in his hand, he threw it on the floor "F*ck!!" He cursed.

"Daddy, You are back!!" A voice came from up the stairs.

Li Wei looked at his son with a smile and approached him. "Yes!! Daddy is back!!" He said and hugged him. He tousled his hair and asked "How was your day?? Did you eat??"

Wu Lang nodded his head and said "Aunty Ning fed me!! I played with Li Man and Li Fan. And then they went with Aunty Ning." Wu Lang became sad as he said it.

Li Man And Li Fan were the only one with whom he could play and now when they both were gone, he didn't had anyone to play with. So he was upset for this. Li Wei didn't say anything and lifted him up in his sleep. "Why did you wake up??" He asked. "I heard the door open and I thought that Li Man and Li Fan were back, so I came down to see them but, it was you!!" Wu Lang explained.

Li Wei took him inside his master bedroom and made him lie on the bed. "You were not happy to see Daddy??" He asked with a face full of pity. He felt pity on his child. To have snatched him from his mother. More than a father the children needs their mother and he was foolish enough to separate his child from his mother. Ning Xiaohua at least used to look after him, not as a mother but, she at least used to take care of him as his aunt.

Now, she too wasn't there and Li Wei couldn't help but feel guilty for his child.

Li Wei laid down beside his son and switched off the lights. "Tomorrow, Daddy will take you somewhere new, okay??" He said and pulled his son closer to his chest.
