Darren took his laptop and started doing office work while waiting for Calista to wake up. The green-eyed man opened a business online portal page. His brow furrowed when he read the news of a mining businessman's divorce from the woman who had occupied his heart for several years before he was finally betrayed and abandoned.
An incoming phone call rings. Darren accepted it on the balcony so as not to wake Calista.
"Say it."
"Sir, our subsidiary in Kalimantan is in need of an injection of new investors so that it can grow and be strong in facing business competition from new companies. I have surveyed and we can collaborate with one of the biggest companies in this country." Andrew gave a detailed report, and Darren listened with one arm crossed over his chest.
"Hmm, I have to study their track record first. Email me about their company data." Darren said.
"Right away, Sir." The phone call was cut off, along with a call from inside the bedroom.
