"Alright let's get to business. As you may or may not know, that Naruto anime that we saw in your memories is based on some of real Japanese mythology or folklore, right? So... We did some digging
(A.N. in other words investigated or research a certain subject) and found a couple of them that we have in our universe, like characters Jiraiya, Tsunade, Orochimaru.

Another thing that we found is that mythology of the goddess of the sun Amaterasu-Ōmikami is also the same. Tsukuyomi, Susanoo, Izanagi, Izanami are also part of that mythology so it's safe to say that this is one of the closest things that we have that can give you an idea or an image to help you get a better grasp of your powers."

"I saw you discussing with my dad about something the last time we did a training session. So... The thing I want to ask you is.
What were you both discussing about? You don't have to tell me if it's something that I should be kept out." I asked him.
It's something that has been bothering me for a while for some reason that I don't know why.

After I finished my question he stops and seems to think about something while looking at the moon before turning around and answering me.
"`*sighs` I guess I can tell you sense you'll know it about it sooner or later anyways but before that let's get on the road before your Parents get worried, OK?"

"Well the reason for that is because when the first quirks started appearing in Japan our forefathers made a deal with the government to let us use our quirks. Of course there are a few restrictions on that, but basically because of that we can use our quirks in public without having any repercussions at all."

"But didn't the government ban all entities of using their quirks in public without the hero license or something like that?"
"Well yes but they made the deal before the government had any strong stance on it and they only tweaked it a little bit after that."

"So what are the deal conditions for us?"
ᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠ
"In the past we only had to protect people from natural disasters and help to stop petty crime if it was right next to us but now after the government tweaked it we have to work for them for 3 years straight, study in UA and work as a hero for 2 years minimum after UA. We usually worked for them from 12 till 15 yrs old, meaning we would basically skip Junior High School.
Of course we were still studying but we were doing it in our free time and then immediately we would enroll into UA but we could start working for the government at any time we wanted till the pension age. So basically you can be 19 or I don't know 50 or something and start then."

"I see... I guess it's not that bad of a deal if you want to pursue a hero career but it could be troublesome if you wanted to have some other profession."

I didn't do much after I got home. Just played games, talked with parents and did homework for the rest of the day and then I went to bed.

So yeah sorry for not making any more chapters for almost a year. I had a LOT of things happening and couldn't do pretty much anything about it.
It didn't help that grammarly deleted this chapter about 10 times when I was nearly finished and i just rage quit for a few months before I started writing this again. Also I had a weird bug that it didn't let me write or edit anything in any of my novels and it would just crashed but atleast that's fixed.
Also anything school related just kept me mentally exhausted so I was too lazy to write anything.
