The soldier spat at the mention of their name. "A travesty that we haven't committed to all-out war with those bastards yet. And they call us Yarmdon ruthless." There were murmurs of agreement amongst the soldiers. They shared that same hatred of the Syndrans. "You're a big fucker, aren't ya? You really kill to Freuds?"

Vol nodded. "I did."

"Mm," the soldier considered it, and looked at Borne. "What about the foreigner? What did he do?"

"He helped hold a gate against five hundred men, along with Vol and myself," Harland said.

The soldier narrowed his eyes at that, and shifted uncomfortably. "That's true, is it?" He asked.

"Ask any of the rest of the men, they'll tell you the same," Harland said.
