Selena is a young married virgin vampire Queen. She was forced to marry a man she did not love as she has no family to protect her. During her wedding night the castle is attacked by werewolves. Selena takes this opportunity to flee from her arranged marriage.
Whilst she is fleeing, she meets a handsome werewolf, Lowe. Lowe lives in the forest with his pack, staying out of the way of civilization. He is cold, aloof and single. Selena finds herself strangely drawn to this man.
Will Selena’s husband find her, or will she melt the heart of the cold but handsome werewolf?
Excerpt:
Selena woke up her body aching from the night before, she was covered in scratches too tired to stand. She looked around the room, the sunlight shining through the unfamiliar bedroom. She was completely naked. Her clothes tattered on the floor.
How did I get here? She wondered.
Just then the door creaked open and there stood Lowe. He had just a town wrapped around his torso. Selena couldn’t keep her eyes off this man’s sculpted chest. Water dripped down from his wet hair, down his six pack, to the top of the defined v line peeking out of the towel.
He smiled at her with his mischievous smile. His beautiful green eyes shimmering from the sunlight which peeked through the curtains. Selena gulped at the fine specimen of a man, completely forgetting where she was or the fact that she was wearing nothing. Only a blanket covered her naked body.
“You are finally awake” Lowe said with a subtle smirk, the sides of his lips raised slightly. This rendered Selena speechless as her cheeks became flushed and she lowered her head to avoid his gaze.
He walked closer towards the bed where she lay…
