Rumors

The first two months of my 6 grade were going quite fine until I heard a rumour going around inside the classroom.

Rudy, who bullied me when we were a kid, has become one of my friends, she starts to walk right in front of me with that toothy smile.

O lord! Don't let it be another ass rumour that she always finds from who knows where and never stops blabbering, I thought.

Rudy, grind, "Baby did you hear the rumours? I grunt, she replied, "Well this time the rumours are about you and Lou.''

One less thing I'll be worried about is a rumour, especially the Lou guy.

I reply," Rudy I don't care about any Tom, dick, and Harry alright! twist open the bottle, as I gulped down the water:

She responds," Lou likes you, that's the rumour."

(choke)cough," Tell me you're kidding." I stare at her, Rudy with a cheeky smile, "Well when I ask him if the rumours are true, guess what Lou said, he likes you girl." She giggles.

With zero interest," Spill out! He didn't say anything like that. Did he? I kept staring at her.

Rudy stammers," He- but Ella. He was smirking when I ask him that, I am telling you he likes you from the way he was behaving alright! And can you please stop being so anti-romantic here", she argues.

Rosie came to sit on my side," Maybe he likes you, who knows? she chuckles, I pinch her, "It's not funny okay!

Bell rings.....

Rudy went back to her seat and there I saw him again for the second time.

Lou enters the class with his friends-

Max nudges Lou," Isn't that your girl staring at you? Lou stares back at Ella and gives a slight flirty smirk.

Ella immediately turns her head back

My internal screaming at me," Ella why did u turn your head right away and why were you even staring at him, argh*

He might misunderstand my action", Ella bents her head on the desk and kept on sighing.

Rosie kicks my shoe and whispers, "Ella stand up, Sir is watching you." I hastily stood up and ended up writing an apology letter for my disrespectful behaviour.

The entire period went on with sir shooting me question after question, but thankfully it was the chapter I went through last night if not I would have been put to embarrassment in front of everyone.

Also, I couldn't even turn my head to the right side because I felt like Lou was staring at me when Sir was finding ways to punish me.

The class bell rings.

Sigh, I laid my head down again.

Someone threw a paper at Ella-

Why is everyone so annoying today?!!

I grunt and turn back to see who it is and sees Lou chewing gum and shrugging his shoulders with that crazy smirk on his face again.

Turning myself back, I laid down my head on the desk quickly.

What's wrong with me? (tinted cheeks).
