In the Chinese wiki, it seems to be the title of Cain, the primogenitor of the demon kind.

The weird part is the English wiki said Cain is from another world and rules the devas. In the Chinese wiki, it said that Cain was disgusted by how devas treated the humans and the devas are also wary of him. So the devas created the fourth primogenitor to act as an counter-measure to deal with Cain and send him to the otherworld. But unexpectedly Cain learned how to us the power of cleansing and the fourth primogenitor also became his friend. The devas then created a cursed soul, a.k.a the original, to take control of the Fourth Primogenitor's body and killed Cain. After realizing what he had done, the fourth primogenitor rebel against the devas and was ultimately split into 12 parts and sealed. And the devas are also destroyed by the power of cleansing. So I'm not sure if Cain is a god or something.
