umbrage of the universe

this all began in the year 203X it was late there was    no news until the next morning but my wife knew before! we were so close, enough so to see the chaos. It's was beautiful in the beginning but after two minutes the beauty faded. my wife was pregnant with my child our first, we found out that before the nanarie came to warn us. That is one of the races that helped us with the coming war in the universe on this day though. The start of the new month was the day we were given information by a being who said he was a close to godly being. it was weird though to be honest. he said that our world will change, that was at the end of month when it began... my kids were born we had twins ironic considering my brothers children also birthed the day after my own... as it went like this in everyone's mind we feared for the changes told about when it happened not even animals were missed bugs, and even parasites. They were told of their ability to use the status system to view their ability as for what was shown was limited to us. It took humans a whole three months to even figure out how to activate it.  on top of the facts of the change the system was hard. our race was going to face extinction at the rate of death! what was the issue you ask?? it was evolution! everything evolved water, trees, animals, even humans! after four months we finally got the power to fight back! This is when they arrived the second race we met they are called the cartenia.   They told us of the coming tide and what happened to their race they told us that our world was new to the universes umbrage. In hence our species gained sentience to qualify for the system or the shadow games. it's not eligible for the use by our generation. This was not the worst news yet, even then we only did it to find out our precious children to come in the years will be able to use the system to increase their strength but only to fight a war that is not our fight. in truth it was our war now but we older generation will continue to gain what strength we can we are able to take on lower ranked animals, I believe that the cartenia said the ranks go way high but right now the highest an older gen has killed is a C teir grade 4. although if you think this story is about me you are wrong it's about my kids and many others. Albeit I am with them for some of their life I was not able to help them but I was able to prepare them except. I was only able to prepare them for what was on enara. Little did we know.... it would make no difference! the cartenia made sure to keep things quite. we learned the truth the children of our world will be sent through time and space as seeds for the incoming war! we learned, we lost, we wared for what it's worth I hope that one day we will have a good reason.
