"You can't think like that. We don't know what happened, so we don't know if it could have been prevented. All you need to know is that I love you now and I will love you forever. The same goes for any child you give birth to. I really do love you baby and I want you to marry me." Lucas pulled the engagement box out of his bag, before showing the ring to Ella.

Ella could feel her fingers tremble and her eyes water. She glanced at Lucas from over her shoulder, a shaky smile on her face. Her heart was ponding twice as fast and she could feel the familiar dizziness coming on, but she pushed it back.

"Of course!" Ella grinned, leaning in to kiss Lucas as best as she could from that angle.

Lucas kissed her hard, but he could feel her grip on him loosening.

"Don't faint before I put the ring on." Lucas chuckled lightly.

"I love you Lucas Christian." Ella laughed, watching as Lucas slid the diamond ring on her finger. "It's beautiful."
