“Agreed,” I said. “So, can you all spend the night?”
“No, I think we’re needed back home,” Cole said. “The tribunal has already reached out. We’re all going to be questioned, starting with Sam, Derek, Wyn, and Mr. Woodard, and ending with Stefani.”
“Great,” I said.
“And the rest of us will be somewhere in the middle,” Cole said. “The Worthingtons have been working on going over everyone’s stories with them, including members of the Magnusi shiver. Sam and the twins have been assisting, but they’ve got their own examinations to worry about as well. Not to mention, I think there’s something going on about the Worthingtons.”
“With Sam?” I asked.
“No, that seems to be all cleared up by now. I think it has more to do with them as a couple. They didn’t come today because they said they needed a day together to talk,” Cole said.
“Any idea about what?”
