Magic Swordsmen of Space and Time

A boy suddenly collapsed in the forest alone is found by an old man. The boy's name was Ye Xun, was an eastern name and his face seemed to have mixes of both western and eastern features. The old man was surprised when he inspected Yi Xun to find the legendary Illusion Eye Bloodline in his body.

The old man was poisoned by his friend but he didn't want his legacy to end with him so he passed on the Sword of Space and Time Scripture and taught every bit of it to Ye Xun. He taught Ye Xun swordsmanship and analysis of Magic Circles. He taught Ye Xun how to control his Illusion Eye and use it during battle. He even taught Nameless Casting to Ye Xun which was seldom found in the entire world of magic.

The old man grew fond of Ye Xun and treated him like his own son but sadly that happiness had to end, The old man's condition took a turn for the worse and so he entered his final moments, and during this time he told Ye Xun the truth of his friend who poisoned him and betrayed him. In the end, he gave Ye Xun 2 items the God-Slayer Sword and the Recommendation Letter to the Daronia Magic Academy.

Ye Xun sat in front of this old man's grave for a week straight. The old man was Ye Xun's friend, teacher, master, and father. At the end of the week, his eyes had a strong aura of killing intent that could easily be mistaken for an old monster who has battled in wars all his life or a beast that has gone thru so many life and death battles. He knew he had to kill the man who betrayed his master and repay him for the new life he has given him.

Ye Xun stood up, slung the God-Slaying Sword on his back, grabbed the recommendation letter, and started walking to the Daronia Magic Academy.

The journey started with Ye Xun walked down the mountain where he trained and go to the village near-by. There were carts that brought supplies from the main city where the Daronia Magic Academy was so he got a ride with the cart going back and he ended up in Daronia City.

Ye Xun gasped when he saw all the brick buildings and people wearing western clothing. The people looked at Ye Xun weirdly both because his face was different and second because he was wearing a worn out robe that made him look like a beggar.

Ye Xun saw everyone looking at him but he didn't care, his only goal here is to go to the Daronia Magic Academy and get stronger so he can find the one who killed his master and get revenge.

All that was is Ye Xun's mind is hatred and revenge.

Ye Xun reached the academy and when he tried to enter 2 students wearing an armband with the words "Noble" stopped him.

The first student spoke "A beggar wants to enter our academy, what a joke! Do you see this kid?"

This shout got the attention of the surrounding people and they all looked over to see what the commotion was about.

Ye Xun was still standing there with no expression.

The 2nd student was more aggressive and tried to grab Ye Xun's shoulder but suddenly like a dragon descending on earth, a giant aura started exuding from Ye Xun as his eyes started forming a magic circle. This was the first spell of his Illusion Eye Bloodline, Mountain of Suppression.

The 1st student who was just outside the area of effect started scrambling backward and whimpered "A...a... a 3rd Tier Mage? But you are so young how is this possible?"

The gate to the Academy suddenly opened and an Old Man suddenly walked in. He looked at the 1st student who was on the floor with pee on his pants, he then looked at the 2nd student who was on the floor like he was being crushed by something, and at last, he looked at Ye Xun.

He inspected Ye Xun top to bottom but when he saw the sword on Ye Xun's back his eyes widened. The old man scrambled towards Ye Xun and asked "Young Man, do you have the recommendation letter?"

Ye Xun fished around his pocket and took out the crumpled Recommendation Letter. The old man opened the letter and read it, he then stuffed it in his pocket and said: "Hello Ye Xun, I am Headmaster Brent, I was a acquaintance of your latent master, I will get a student to give you your uniform and take you to your class."

Headmaster Brent looked up and called over a girl with red hair who was also wearing an armband with the words "Noble" and said "This is Aliva Kingstrom, follower her, please. I have something to take care of and I will call you in later to check on you."

The Headmaster walked away like that and Aliva directed Ye Xun to follow her into the academy. Leaving the dumbfounded pedestrians who were confused about what just happened.
