I woke up and decided to check my whatsapp to see if I could find any funny video online cause I was feeling bored sorry for not introducing myself My name is Teniola Adebayo Jide 20yrs old studying nursing in unilag ( university of Lagos) I lost my dad when I was in ss1 and my mom remarried.

still checking my friends status to see if I could see any thing funny " nope, nope, clothes, nope " when ben's text popped up " are you okay?" I was about to reply when charlie's text came (charlie was my only friend and funny but true he was gay ) u couldn't make out anything cause the text was so long I had to skip to the last part saying check dayo's status I quickly typed dayo's name which was saved as "canim" meaning my life and got the shock of my life, the same girl he told me not to worry about was all over his status with captions like" my only true love, she was there when I had nothing, the key to my happiness "

I locked my room door so my flatmate won barge in and started reading charlie's text out loud

"teni I told you that dayo wasn't good enough for you but you kept defending him every fucking time, someone that has never been there for you but yet you tell him everything and the only time he shows his fake love is when he needs something from you . teni am upset don't bother calling me to explain and I know you are going to cry over him" the text ended and I knew charlie was really upset cause he has never used the f word on me.

I opened ben's text " teni I know your dad and I'm sorry I don't know why but I'm feeling bad cause I feel it's partly my fault instead of you hurting ur self just break up with him" I turned off my data , took a chocolate bar plugged in my headphones and started playing " numb" by xxx tentation I wasn't the crying type

I laid down on my bed and slept off
