Hazel was confused because Xavier kept telling her that she needed to help him, but she didn't have any idea what he meant by that, as the only thing imprinted in her mind since the very beginning was the idea of him wanting to kill her.
"What do you mean by that? How can I help you?" Probably she didn't need to die if she could help him. And now, she needed to know what she could do for him.
And then, unexpectedly, Xavier pressed her against him and hugged her tightly, as he whispered into her ear. "Elsa…"

Hazel frowned. She tried to push him away, but he didn't budge at all. He buried his face in her shoulder and kept calling out the same name over and over again, which left Hazel confused.
"Who is Elsa?" she asked carefully, because Xavier didn't seem to be in his right mind. "Xavier…"
Yet, Xavier only hugged her even tighter. His voice dripped with longing. He looked like someone who was calling out for his lover.
