Prologue

At summer noon, my friends invited me to a mixer at 7 pm in a videoke bar that have a private room for a group.

As I was preparing to this date prepared by my dearest friends, they invited single girls to have a group date.

It is very weird thing for a person like me to go to a party, and expecting a relationship to the opposite gender. I was born a genius of many things, especially in science technology. Many people question my existence, knowing many things despite being such a young age.

I am really pressured in my younger days, a lot of people come to test me and make me do things that are unessecary for an elementary kid, but the worst of all is that they forced me to make a design of a humanoid automaton.

Because my parents died, I have no control of the government and they have done what they want to me. Even though they followed the law, I was like a labrat who has a bigger and more luxurious cage, and that doesn't change the fact that I was not free.

But later on, people protested for me to the government, that I need the rights of a child. A lot of people saved me, and took care of me like a normal kid would have.

I met some people which are my friends now when I was still afraid, they helped me and shown me the ways of having fun.

Years later, we are now graduating and one of my friends suggested we have a group date.

I called my friend named Frank, and the one who got the idea of it in the first place,

"Hey um Frank"

"Oh hey dude whats the the problem"

"Is it okay for me to go?, I am really tired and all."

"OF COURSE YOU MUST GO"

That shout voice of his always annoys me, but he is my precious friend so I forgive him.

"I do not really need this especially this time"

"Lou you really need this because you have been so busy you need a little break so you must go"

"Uuuhhh, fine man"

"Hehe, also we are already outside the bar waiting for you and the girls."

"Ok dude see you later"

After my call with Frank, I just walked from my apartment to the bar so I can save money for my future projects.

I only go outside when necessary, like going to school or buying for my everyday necessities or for emergencies like the time Frank got sick and his parents are overseas, so we took care of him.

This date is not that bad, after father died I was so lonely, then I met my friends at school since middle school. So having someone important in my life is a step up to a great future.

When people date, do they do something amazing or flashy to impress the partner? Or just something simple and romantic enough?

Most people would pick the latter. But everyone has their own preferences, so you won't know what really impresses them until you take a risk of regretting the first impression.

What if a date was a success, what would they do next. Things of course would be a little awkward for it is the first time they are officially in a relationship, they would do something that both of them likes and enjoy. And in time, they would introduce themselves to their parents for consent of their acceptance. Then one of them would propose their partner on a romantic place, or places makes them remember their memories and love together.

A great story indeed of that happens to people.

But sometimes relationship breaks because they either get sick of each other or they think they are not really meant to be. What would happen to the love they have grown, would it be just stepped so easily after cherishing it after a long time?

It must be really depressing for some people getting divorced, reliving the moments being together then you realize those are now but useless memories that haunts you everyday.

The funny thing about it is that when two people have the same interests, they become friends easily after meeting while others wants or force themselves to befriend people to fullfill their desire like fame, attention or for information.

So people date to know each other better, whether for something or coincidental.

Love makes all these things possible, when you want something you get, when you need someone you beg, and when you do things right you will feel proud to yourself.

Everything starts to yourself, love starts when we want it, and we still don't notice or see what it's purpose. But we know it makes us whole and peace to one another.

Love is the very thing that created us beings since a very long time.

As speaking of love, when I was blindly walking a bunch of girls in an intersection of the walking path are crossed to the one I was walking with and as a result we both bumped into each other.

"Oww"

I literally bumped two cute girls which I am guessing the same age as myself.

"I am really sorry for bumping to you girls."

"It is really no problem, but are you one of the guys we are about to meet later right?"

"Yeah!, sorry and I guess this just makes it really subtle to walk in this kind of intersection when walking huh?"

"No problem, but I bet you were thinking something that you didn't even notice us walking."

Right on the spot, and this really makes me less a gentleman.

"Yep, I was right didn't I?"

"Ehehehe, you're right."

As we were walking, we saw my friends waving at me. We got inside the room, and introduced ourselves.

"My name is Patrick Felbit, nice to meet you ladies."

This guy is a friendly type, any human can befriend him. He is really open-minded and always positive in his life. He showed me the meaning of friendship through a speech, really great at first but now really embarrassing.

"My name is Harry Wellings, as I expected you ladies are really ravishing today"

He is one of the narcissistic people who loves everything about himself. But he is really great, one time when I don't know what to wear he taught me fashion and how to be a pretty boy. Even though he is annoying at times, he will be an irreplaceable guy.

"My name is Lou Tedson, I am looking forward to a favorable relationship to you all."

That was me, I am a genius known by many. I was really stoic, but now shows a lot of emotions. I know the feeling of being uninterested in everything, that's why I try to be interested in everything. I do not really care what is fake and real, but the important thing is that to open yourself to everything. Pat told me that and it really helped me in life until now.

"My name is Calvin Mack, it is really delighting to meet you all."

He is the most mysterious of us all, he never talks too much, he was like me back then. But he is a caring person, he is like a father figure of us all. We saw him everyday going to the gym, but one time he had a fight with five muscular guys, and he surprisingly beat them all.

"My name is Frank Shellburg, I do not really know what to say respectfully after these guys stole all my lines I-I mean my introduction but I really thank you for coming today ."

This very person is the reason that we are all together and not just today but since we all first met but that story is from another time, his body is also a bit top of the average.

As we introduced ourselves to the girls, they huddled and whispered to each other.

You know I can really hear you right?, but I am guessing that I can only hear them because the others are not reacting to their weird comments in us based on our physical appearance and our faces.

"Heyy, you know this is really weird for me to say this but umm what are your hobbies?"

"Hey Jessie we should introduce ourselves first you know?"

"Oh! Right, sorry for that let me first introduce myself, my name is Jessie Hart"

She was the one who whispered that Calvin is good looking but Frank is somewhat lame.

"My name is Karrie Poll."

I think she was the only one who didn't discriminate us guys. She wears glasses, and probably the smart one in their group.

"My name is Diana Patter, but you can just call me Dian."

"My name is Iris Volt, and please to be an acquaintance to you gentlemen."

Her accent is British, and a blond.

"And lastly my name is Aleria Valrot."

She had my attention after I bumped into her.

After the introduction, we sang a lot of songs.

.....

A while after, each of us somehow got each other a partner and scattered to have a one on one date. And I got Aleria as a partner after.

"So where are we going Lou?"

"We are going to have a date."

"Whatever you are planning, I know you're not confident to talk to me." She said that with a smirk on her face.

"Yeah, I'm sorry you are stuck to date me."

"I don't mind."

Even though she was pitying me, I was still very happy because she isn't disgusted by me.

So we walked to our destination, the lakeside of the city.

"I know most of the girls love things like shopping and beautiful clothes, but I do not know either of those, so I just want you to see the lakeside of the city."

"Woah!"

The scenery of the lake is sparkling with a little city lights of the background. The sound of crickets and little waves of water can be heard in this place.

"I know it is cheesy of me to pick this place, but what do you think?"

"You only show this kind of things to people who are important to you, you know?"

"I know we just met, but I want our first time meeting together was special Aleria." I really want people to never forget me especially the ones who will change me.

"You never did change do you?"

"What?" What do you mean?"

"To be honest, I am already in relationship with you."

"What?" My mind and my body froze for awhile.

What do you mean relationship, we just met today. She is getting weirder every second.

"I came from the future Lou, and you have a destiny and I am here to help you."

Destiny huh?, I never even anticipated to be nothing more than a contributing citizen of society.

"Destiny of what?"

"To change humanity."

I was blown away by the schockwave when she picked the trinket in her right pocket.

"What is that?"

"Your first item, it waa made by you from the future, I was ordered to give it to you."

"So your giving that thing to me?"

"It was yours and now yours."

"So what does it do?"

I know the shockwave was probably a showoff, but that was too much just for that purpose.

"It's a machine that will help you control your powers."

"My powers?" Powers like being a superhero?

"Power to leap through time."

"Can we sit here for a while?, this is too much for me."

"Sure, you can think about it."

We sat on the ground as we watched the sparkling and the moving lights go by.

"What is it like in the future?"

"Comparing to this timeline, it's like comparing an 80's arcade machines to today's bendable phones."

"That is a very long way from here, but what time did you come from?"

"Can't tell you, it will destroy both of purpose."

"What purpose, like helping me?"

"Not really, more like guiding you."

"So what am I like in the future."

"When I tell you he is very different, would you believe me?"

"It doesn't matter if I believe you or not, I told myself someday I would be great."

"Can't argue with that."

"You know when I saw you today, it felt something I never felt for a long time. After both my parents died, I never felt family love ever again, but you were different even though you are a stranger in common sense."

"Man invented time to count the days, but lives can never be counted especially yours."

"Why?"

When I asked her again, she stood up and told me.

"I think your questions will be answered when you get there."

"Oh okay, and sorry for asking so many questions."

"I understand."

"But how do this thing works anyway?"

"It only helps you control it, but you are the one who posses the power so concentrate."

"On what?"

"What do you think is needed in this world?"

"Opening ourselves to new possibilities."

"Correct, and that is your destiny, to know all possibilities like connecting modern knowledge to medieval times to create a new era."

That is really unthinkable, but if that is possible I want to see it with my own eyes.

"Your journey will be long, but a lot of people like me will help you on the way so worry not."

"Like you?"

"Goodluck."

She said it with tears in her eyes.

"I will wait for you."

Then she faded and disappeared.

I looked at the trinket I was given, and it has a symbol in it, the words around it saying Prime Commando.

I tried to tell control it and go foward, and suddenly my vision blurred and headache was very overwhelming and I fell unconscious.
