Jeremy never thought that the books he read could actually become his reality one day. He remembered when he laughed at his sister saying that aliens were real, since he was a person who of he didn't experience himself that situation, it never happened in real. Looking at the current situation, he laughed at himself for being ignorant. The gods were cruel with the universe they created themselves, they were bored with the humans they saw as game pieces. Jeremy had to start from Zero again when he was at the door of the Gods.
