A sharp light flashed on the surface of the sword as the teenager holding it moved forward. The wolf jumped towards him but the sword suddenly swung.

It moved so fast and precise that it sliced through the neck of the wolf.

When the bloody head fell to the ground, the teenager holding the sword heard a strange noise in his head.

Four different blue panels appeared in front of him. They looked virtual but could be touched. They were the interactive touch screens that appeared out of nowhere.

Seeing this, he gasped for a moment and said.

"Did I finally do it? Can I finally go back?"

This moment took him back to memories of one hour ago.

"Mom, I am heading out for the basketball match." A young man wearing black trousers and a black hoody walked out of the door holding a bag.

"Alright Alan, don't forget to return by evening." A sweet voice came from the kitchen.

"Yes, I won't."

Alan shouted and closed the door. He took a bicycle and rode it to his destination which was his college's Basketball court.

But on the way, he suddenly frowned. He raised his head and looked into the dark clouds that were appearing above his head.

"Is it going to rain? Damn it! I haven't brought an umbrella."

He said then increased his bike's speed. But suddenly, he noticed a strange thing appearing in front of him.

It was a blue gate that appeared out of nowhere. And, the most troublesome thing was that he couldn't stop his bike on time.

"What the heck?"

He shouted as his bike entered the gate. It was like coming out of one room and entering another room.

Except, in this room, all he could see was a massive forest.

"Shit! Shit! What happened? Phone, I need to make a call."

His bicycle stopped since he had been pressing his brake for a while. But as soon as he stopped, he took out his phone and checked the signal.

He turned around, only to find that the door had disappeared but somehow there was still a signal here.

He quickly called his mom.

"Hello, Alan! Did you forget something?" His mother's frowning voice came from the other side of the phone.

"Mom, something strange happened. I don't why but a strange blue door appeared in front of me out of nowhere and I got sucked into that blue door."

"Two seconds ago, there was a massive street filled with cars and people but two seconds later, all I can see is a forest. And, that blue door disappeared. I don't what to do."

Alan's voice was filled with shock and fear.

He was really scared. He didn't understand his situation so he didn't know how to proceed.

His mother paused for a moment before saying.

"First, can you keep this call for a long time? Will there be a signal? How much charge do you have in your phone?"

"Mom, you believe me?" Alan was surprised that she easily believed him. He had thought of many ways to convince her but he didn't expect her to believe in him so easily.

"Of course, if I don't trust my son, who would I trust? Besides, I have taught you many things but I never taught you how to lie."

Bang!

Suddenly, both his mother and Alan heard a strange sound. Alan heard this massive blasting sound from the phone while his mother heard it from outside.

She slowly proceeded toward the door while Alan asked.

"Mom, what's going on? What was that?"

"I am not sure. I am going to check what's going on." His mother replied and slowly creaked out of the door.

When she saw a gigantic creature appearing in front of her house, her eyes widened and she almost lost her mind.

Roar!

Alan heard a powerful sound from the phone. It sounded like the roar but he couldn't connect it to any kind of animal.

"Son, I am not sure if I can survive this but I will always love you. Son, if I can't make it out alive, please keep moving forward."

Saying so, she cut the call and Alan instantly froze for a moment.

His eyes widened as he fell to his knees.

"No, no, no, this can't be happening. Damn it! Let me out! Let me out of here." He roared with tears coming out of his eyes.

"Please, let me out! I need to be with my mom."

Suddenly, a sharp sound rang in his ears. He raised his head toward the sky from where the sound came.

The tears were making his gaze blurry but he could still see a strange blue panel appearing in front of him. This instantly made him excited.

This blue panel looked very much like those from the sci-fi movies. But, what made him excited was the text on that screen.

Description- In this forest, there is a pack of wolves. From this pack of wolves, kill a certain wolf.

"Is this some sort of joke? How can I have any time to play a game when my mom is in danger?"

Anger burst out of his eyes as Alan shouted. But the next words from the panel silenced him.

[Can you really make a difference without any strength?]

Although he wasn't sure what exactly was happening, he knew that this was some sort of supernatural phenomenon.

So, if it was really a supernatural phenomenon, he could only survive if he had the strength to.

He took a deep breath and said.

"Alright, so how can I kill a wolf? Are you expecting me to make a weapon without any knowledge of craftsmanship? Or, even kill a wolf without a weapon?"

Alan frowned but still nodded.

Suddenly, a new panel appeared with a lot of text on it.

As soon as he saw his status window, he immediately thought of the games that he played.

For a moment, he had an illusion that he was playing a game but when he remembered his mother's words, he took a deep breath and accepted it as a reality.

He observed the status window and muttered.

"HP must be health points, MP must be Mana Points."

"It isn't hard to guess that STR means Strength, AGI means Agility, DEX means Dexterity, VIT means Vitality, and MRS is a bit confusing but not hard to guess."

"It must mean Mana Recovery per Second. As for END, it should refer to endurance. Since there is no stat like stamina or defenses, then END should mean both."

"I have one for each which should be normal for a young man like me. Then, I have no other abilities but I didn't expect this thing to give me five stat points."

"I can utilize them for my benefit. As for HP potions, I might also include them in my plan. With the sword, I will be able to kill a wolf but the problem is that they move in a pack."

"So, I need to find a lone wolf to hunt."

After thinking about it, Alan asked.

"How can I distribute my stat points and how to open the inventory?"

[You can do everything with your command]

Alan nodded and said.

"Put 2 Stat Points in my Strength, another two in my Dexterity, and the final one point in my Agility."

"Also, Open the Inventory"

While he said that, he felt a strange sensation flowing through his body. This sensation was something extremely new to him.

He almost thought that he was in a cold swimming pool during the summer. It was so relaxing that he almost fell asleep.

But, he was quite awake, especially for the inventory.

It was another panel but this panel had several boxes and most of them were empty except two. One of which had the icon of a sword and another had a red vase.

"Can I touch this screen?" Alan asked.

[Yes]

When he got the response, he quickly clicked on the sword icon and a sword appeared in his hand.

It literally appeared on his palm. Holding the hilt of the sword with his right hand, he took a deep breath.

"If it takes me a kill to get out of this place, I must kill that wolf."

"Mom, please don't let anything happen to you. I will definitely return and I will return powerful."
