A Close One…

"Can you at least let me finish?" she finally asked while rubbing her temple.

"Okay tell me" he nodded his head excitedly. It is pretty much obvious he is very much excited about his imaginary secret relationship of his boss.

"Yeah they both had that soft look but…" she paused sending a glare his way when he is about to interrupt her again "…but neither of them looking at each other so it must be for someone else to whom both of them are close"she finished.

"Oh…" was the only reply he can manage. He didn't notice that. He was too immersed in their look on their face to realise the direction. He scratched his head awkwardly and asked…

"Do you perhaps know that person?"

"Nope…but I do wonder who it is too…for them to squeeze out such a expression in these two…must be really a close to a heart" she said thoughtfully.

"Are you both done?"a soothing voice snapped them out. Both of them turned to the direction of that voice only to find that their boss already got inside and waiting for them!! They were horrified at the thought that they made their boss wait for them but more than that they gossiped about their boss that too in front of her. Since the parking lot is empty they are pretty much sure she must have heard them. They hurriedly went to take their seat before apologising to their boss and drove out of the lot.

On her way to her company Zay thought about her secretary words 'must be really a close one to a heart'. She closed her eyes and leaned against the window. Her mind drifted off to some voices…

("Are you kidding me?!" Cara exclaimed.

"Nope" she calmly replied.

"Are you seriously thinking he is the one ?"she again asked. She annoyed at the fact that her best friend is not showing much of any emotion expect that stupid calm face.

"Yep" she again calmly replied.

"Who is he?" Cara asked controlling herself from roaring.

"The one from business management" she replied agin calmly.

"Seriously!!! That ice bag?"she asked again. That earned her a blow from pillow.

"Who do you think you are calling ice bag?? Do you know who he is??"she asked while glaring at her.

"Who?" Cara asked back genuinely clueless about his identity. She just know about his existence in her best friend life this morning. She casually asked her friend this morning why was she late last night since they planned to have all nighter at Zay apartment but she slept before Zay arrived yesterday. Who would known that her friend would drop a bomb at her poor heart. Her friend simply said that she was in a watching night sky date with her boyfriend. Her friend Zay who has been known for 'never look at boys more than once' have a boyfriend now!!!

She was shocked beyond words. She can't believe that her friend agreed to be someone's girlfriend easily. After getting out of her shock…she asked Zay when did she agree to his proposal.

'I didn't ' Zay said confusing her.

'Then what do you mean that you were on date with your boyfriend?' she asked back.

'Yep…I was on date with my boyfriend' she answered with a smile.

'Zay can you show some mercy? I don't understand anything' she pleaded.

'Fine..' Zay chuckled ' yes I didn't agree to be his girlfriend because it's other way around…I am the one who is wooing him'

Cara stood there like a statue looking at her friend with stupid expression. She didn't make any movements for two whole minutes before she finally asked unbelievably…

'W..Wh…t…Wh..aat ' she asked with her same stupid expression.

' Yes' she answered with calm expression.

'ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!??' Cara who has finally freed from stupid expression roared at her friend.

Zay who has been caught off guard by roaring winced in pain. ' Cara if you don't tone down your voice now I will kick you out of this place this instant' she threatened while glaring at Cara.

Cara who know very well about her friend instantly toned down her voice. Now asking the question who is he…Cara waited for her to reply.

"Duhh…obviously my boyfriend" she answered as matter of fact.

"…"

"Oh god Zay you are unbelievable…"

"I know" she smiled innocently.

"Oh god…nevermind just tell me who is he…I just know he is ice ba— I mean he is from business management" she changed when Zay glared at her.
