You seriously need a hobby

Tyler got back to his office slightly feeling down. His heart aches for the little girl. He thought what she done to deserve such a hard life. He wanted to help her with everything he got and protect her in every way possible. He promises himself to give her the best possible diagnosis anyone can ask for.

He was in daze when he heard the door knocking. "Come in "said Tyler looking at the door to see who it is. "Hello mate, why didn't say anything when you get back?" said Sam with his killer British accent .Sam is Tyler's friend. They used to be a roommate in collage, since then they are inseparable.

"Hey men " Tyler said

"What's wrong? Is something bothering you?" said Sam when he can't see the usually cheerful Tyler being slightly out of it.

"Nothing I was just thinking about my patient" said Tyler in a serious tone.

"Is that patient of yours a girl?" said Sam smirking at Tyler who still has a serious face on.

"Yes" said Tyler not being sure where his dirty minded friend going.

"O REALLY. Well is she hot?" said Sam

"Dude I don't know what going on in that brain of yours, but you need to relax okay". said Tyler half jokingly

"Okay, there is nothing to be jumpy about "said Sam rising both his hand up.

"So, what are you doing here said Tyler being slightly annoyed by Sam .

"Well Alaric asked me to pick you up so we could have a lunch together. Didn't he call you?" said Sam going through one of Tyler's book that was on the shelf.

"I was with a patient when he called, I didn't pick the phone". Said Tyler, Going through some documents on his laptop. "I have important meeting after lunch, you guys can go. We'll go for a drink next week"

"You my friend seriously need a hobby" annoyed Sam said watching his workaholic friend of his.

They bicker for a little while and Sam decided to just go alone. Before reaching the door Sam turn around as if he forgot some things and said " I almost forgot, where is my gift " in all seriousness.

"what gift " said Tyler rising his eye brows

" well the gift you promised me to bring me from Palawan "

[Palawan is an island found in western Philippines]

"oh that gift, your looking at him right now " said Tyler Enunciating every word.

"bloody hell your joking right?" said Sam not knowing whether to laugh or cry.
