Her Misery Ended
A girl who’s always wanted to be free from someone’s grip, but couldn’t. Embedded into darkness, seeking for any sign of light, wishing for someone brave enough, willing to see the beauty beneath her broken heart. She was always wondering how it felt to be free. How it feels to be alive. Thinking, time was slipping through her fingers.
Then one time she decides to break free from the suffocating grip, her heart shatters. Again. Why is it that anyone who attempts to be by her side, leaves her in the end? Why is it always the same ending? Asking herself why she couldn’t seem to find an answer.
Hesitant to leave and having no choice, she did what she had to. Carrying all the guilt from the events that took place, she wandered in search of something. Something she’s always been looking for. Freedom. But the guilt seemed to be stronger, consuming her. She lost the battle, but he came to finish it.
An unexpected encounter. There he was, in the middle of the night, bleeding to death.
Looking up at the sky, memories of us, being in each other’s arms, flooded throughout my brain.
Wishing that we could do it all over. Wishing that we never met, then maybe, nothing would’ve happened.
But things happen anyway.
He’s Dash Reed Travers. I am Cruisien Gray Faucheux, and this is our story…
