Adapting To The Aetheriel Apocalypse
Lucas Ashlock was seventeen years old when the world came to an end. His sister was only eleven. No one knew it was coming. No one could have.
It was a complete twist in the laws of reality, brought on by the existence of aether.
It began with natural disasters. Tsunamis. Hurricanes. Earthquakes.
Then, the plants began to grow, spreading through the towns and cities. The unnatural changes brought forth changes in the beasts as well, forcing them to evolve at a rapid pace.
Lastly, humans with powers began to emerge. At first, they seemed like a blessing, sent to aid those in need, but those naïve thoughts soon came to an end.
After all, mankind's greed knows no bounds.
Through it all, Lucas persisted, journeying across the world. His goal, to find his sister, who disappeared the day the apocalypse began.
To his luck, he was one of the few who gained the ability to bend the laws of reality. For he wielded the one power no one else could. The power to Adapt to the Aetheriel Apocalypse.
