As soon as Alexy went to bed and closed his eyes, he found himself in the black space again. There, Paimon was floating around but Katheryne was nowhere to be found.

"You should have brought some food for Paimon. Paimon is hungry." the "little fairy" complained.

"If you could fine a way to move food into this space for you to eat then no problem. You should know it, right?"

"Uh, this,..." Paimon turned away, the tips of her two index fingers touch each other. "Anyway, it's time for your first gacha."

"Alright, how do I perform the gacha?" Alexy asked.

"Like the status window, you should open the shop window." said Paimon.

"Alright!"

"Oh, so where is the ticket?"

"Here!" Paimon pointed at a pink-blue cube on display, "Interwined Fate" was written under the picture.

Alexy then pressed on Interwined Fate.

Without thinking, Alexy chose [Yes].

"What should I do next?" Alexy asked while holding the pink-blue cube in his hand.

"Throw it to the sky!" said Paimon while pointing at the pitch black ceiling of the space.

"Are you sure?" asked Alexy, who didn't want his precious ticket to be lost.

Paimon nodded and said: "Trust Paimon!"

Without saying anything further, Alexy began making a throwing pose and threw the pink-blue cube up high into the pitch black sky of the space.

Suddenly, the sky lighted up and from it, a blue meteor fell down.

"Blue means 3-star, purple means 4-star, and gold means 5-star. Characters only have 4-star and 5-star though." said Paimon.

(O God, I beg you, please give me a strong character, and not a stupid weapon which I cannot use!) Alexy prayed in his mind.

"C'mon, 3-star may not be too bad...woah...!"

The blue meteor soon turned golden above the two before its fell down to the floor completely.

BOOM

A black human shadow appeared in the midst of dust and smoke.

(Yay, a 5-star character!) thought Alexy.

(No way, this must be SSS-tier luck!) Paimon exclaimed in her head. "Let's see who is it!" she told Alexy.

However, after the smoke and dust was dispersed, they could not see the person.

"Huh, where is (s)he?" asked Alexy.

"I'm here!"

Alexy turned to try and find the origin of the sound, but he could not find the person.

"I'm here!"

"Wait, don't tell me..." Alexy looked down and he was shock.

Standing in front of him was a little girl in red.

"Klee!" shouted Paimon.

"Spark Knight Klee of the Knights of Favonius, reporting for duty! ...There's some more, but uh, I forgot. I'm not so good at remembering..." said the little girl.

"What! A little girl!

"Does Master dislike Klee?" the girl asked while looking down but looked at Alexy with her big cute eyes, which Alexy tried to avoid looking directly.

"Paimon can't believe you are so lucky. She is the strongest person in Mondstadt. As long as she uses her 'treasure', you don't have to worry about your enemies." Paimon said while smiling.

(You're so suspicious, Paimon!)

Right after Alexy finished reading the last line, he heard a big exploding sound.

BOOM

"What are you doing?" Alexy stood right behind Klee and asked.

"I'm sorry. I was just trying to find a place to bury my treasure." Klee turned around and looked at Alexy with teary eyes.

"Alright, alright, it's OK. Show me your treasure and then...let's play together." Alexy said, trying to calm Klee down.

"Ok!" all tears disappeared from Klee's eyes.

(You fool!) Paimon thought.

And that was the beginning of Alexy's nightmare that night.

The next morning, Alexy woke up early but he was very tired.

"You look very drowsy, son! Looking at you makes me remember my time on the battlefield, where I and my fellow soldiers could not sleep at all because the sound of the bomb was still ringing at our ears." said his father when he noticed his son's face at breakfast.

(Dad, you have no idea what I have gone through. It was truly a battlefield.)

While he was in class, Alexy looked at his commissions for today. The first three commissions were similar to three of the last four commissions, those were helping his father and mother. However, the forth commission made him worried.

In the evening, Alexy was a good son again by helping his father and mother. In the end, he gained 75 EXP and 30 primogems.

(Look like I have to go out by the window tonight!)

And he did just that. At midnight, in full-black clothes, Alexy left home throught the window. Fortunately for him, there was a tree next to his window. Then he went to the street and called a cab.

"Sophia Street, please!" Alexy told the driver, he also wore a face mask to make sure no one realize he was a teenager or recognize him and tell his parents.

"Ehe, going to Sophia Street, huh!" he heard the driver's chuckle.

(What's so funny about it?)

And when they arrived, Alexy knew why the driver laughed. Opposite to his destination was a large spa, which was famously a secret brothel in disguise.

After paying the fee, Alexy ignored the driver and walked into a small building, opposite the spa, to the surprise of the driver.

And he easily went pass the two guards, who were sleeping.

13th floor

Alexy stepped out of the elevator. He could see the light at the end of the corridor.

(They must be there.)

He went to the room and he peeked inside. What he could see were four people who kept looking at their computed and working.

(Working this late at night without any sign of tiring or complaining. Definitely FAKE!) Alexy thought.

"Hey, who are you? What are you doing here?"

Alexy turned around and he could see a bald man standing behind him. Immediately, all four people working at the computer looked up from their computers and all eyes were on them.

Alexy turned around and said: "So you are the fifth one."

"Fifth what, leave here or I'll call the police!" said the bald man.

"Are you the Abyss Mage?" Alexy asked.

Immediately after hearing that question, the bald man's face became twisted and he soon revealed his true form, an Abyss Mage floating in his shield.

"Cryo Abyss Mage!" shouted Paimon inside Alexy's head.

The four people at the computer also transformed and revealed their true form, the tribal mosnters, hilichurls.

"I don't know who you are and why you know about us. But today you are DOOMED, muahahahaha!"

"Klee, it's time to blow up some bad guys!" said Alexy.

<<Klee is summoned>>

"Wait, that little red girl, you are..."

Before the Abyss Mage could finish his words, Klee began to throw things out from her bag.

BOOM BOOM BOOM

All hilichurls fell down, and the Abyss Mage lost his shield.

Before the Abyss Mage could stand up again, Klee threw out her Jumpy Dumpty at him.

BOOM BOOM BOOM

"Argh, I will kill you!"

The Abyss Mage fell down after he stepped on the mines created from Jumpy Dumpty's third bounce.

But Alexy could not be happy for long, because he noticed fire was everywhere, while there were a lot of electrical devices in the building.

"Klee, RUN!"

Before Klee could ask why, Alexy picked her up and carried her on his arms and ran as fast as possible toward the staircase.

"Linda, why are there so much food?" a woman asked.

"Remember those new guys of the new company that hire our 13th floor, they worked all day and night. So I think I should buy some breakfast for them." Linda replied.

"You are so kind, Linda!"

But when they arrived at the building, they were shocked at the building was half-destroyed, while the police was conducting investigation on the site.

"What happened?" Linda spotted a guard of her company and asked.

"There was an explosion last night. The police is suspected this is intentional. It is likely come from terrorists." he answered.

"Sir, do you have a moment?" an officer asked the guard.

"Yes, officer!"

"Did you see anyone suspicious last night?"

"I did not...wait, I did see a man in black carrying a little girl running out of the building last night, shortly after the 1st explosion sound was heard."

"Do you remember his face?"

"I'm sorry. He wore a face mask."

"Thank you for your cooperation. If needed, we will ask you to come to the station."

"Ah no. it's my responsibility as a citizen."

"Hey Jack, help me with this!" Alexy asked his best friend.

"What is it?"

Without saying anything, he led his friend to the WC.

"Take this!" Alexy gave Jack a bottle of medicine.

"What is it for...what are you doing?" Before Jack could get the answer for his 1st question, he had to ask the 2nd one when his friend started to take his uniform off, along with his shirt inside.

"Woah...those are burn marks on your back...where did you get these?"

"Don't ask. Just put the medicine on!"

Inside the system's space, Klee was sitting inside a red space, the color corresponds to her Pyro Vision, making some bombs.

(Luckily, she does not know about Alexy's injury!) thought Paimon. "Hey, Klee, what do you think about Alexy?"

"Brother Alexy is the BEST! He is so kind, he played with me and let me go on adventure with him, punishing the bad guys." said Klee.
