Chapter one

The company that sold the newest game ever called "demon bride" and it was all everyone could ever think about. She worked as one of the creator and created my character and everything, and added a few features to her character and I was ready to begin to play. She was about to play, but then sudden a flash of light came and it was hard to see. A voice from the flash of light said "You will choose your own path and make what is right with the world you live in. I will give you something to help you along the way." The voice vanished and she woke up with maids around her.

She woke up in a strange room and saw that her feature had changed completely she didn't know where she was. She stood up as someone had approached her and said "Iris my daughter you finally woke up!" She looked at everyone and wondered where she was or who these people were.

She recalled how the story line went and was surprised that she had become the villainess and not the female lead. Her name was Iris Fiona Cross daughter of the duke and duchess cross and the family was powerful with their forces of knights. She thought to herself 'I became the villainess who had died because the prince had annulled the marriage and married a commoner who blamed me for her bullying. It's time I don't make any mistake for that matter.'

She stood out of her bed and became to read about everything that she can find about this world since basically this world had magic in it. She needed to learn to be able to control it and be able to use a sword as well she was still young for her age that her parents began to worry a bit. Her mother said "Iris dear you have been in that room for far too long. You need to learn how to become a proper lady." Her mother wanted her to become a lady so that one day she can catch the eye of many suitors and mentioned it many times. My father had said "Aren't you ever going to marry soon you need to be prepare if one day it happens." She said to them "I need to be able to learn everything in order for me to survive."

She had always said to her never to get hurt or even touch a sword, so she snuck out a lot to practice for a bit. As she was practicing, she then heard a noise near the woods and went to go see what it was. She went into the woods and found a young boy eyes red as ruby, hair that was black, horns and wings, and with a red tail.

He was injured and as she began to approach him and stepped on a twig he then began to take out a dagger that was glowing with dark aura. He yelled "Who is there show yourself!!" She then stepped out from the tree. He then said" You're a human. Are you here to hurt me as well?!" She then said "I am only here to help will you please put down that dagger?"

He glared at her but was too much in pain and was at a loss of blood he fainted. She rushed to him and began to use healing magic on him and heard his stomach growling as well. She had brought some food with her just in case and so she gave him the food. He didn't trust her at first and thought it was poison. She ate the food first to show him it wasn't, and watched him eat and drink.

She then asked him "Why are you here and how did you get this injury?" He then explained that he was hunting in order to save the people of his town from starvation. He was attacked and shot by hunters and thieves that stole from him. He said "I was beaten and had to run, but not I don't know where I am." She said "Do you need help getting back?" He shook his head no and she than realized it was almost morning and her parents would worry so she had to go. He took her hand and gave me a ring that was shining like the sky said "Take this with you if you are ever in trouble this will let me come and find you." She nods and then put a blanket over him since it was cold and went home.

She made it in time before anyone could ever notice she had left. Her mother than rushed in with a letter in her hand and said "The prince is coming you need to change and fast. The maids rushed and they then began to carry me to the bathtub to be and then change me into cloths and out many jewelry on me.

The crown prince was already sitting in the room with two other people the crimson knight Stephen and his adviser Hendrik and then stared at her. Prince Arnold Chris Vermont the fiancé who had left her for a commoner. She wasn't expecting him to be here but here he was shining so bright that her eyes were blind. She curtsies and then said "Welcome prince Arnold how may I help you this evening?"

He then looks at me from head to toe and her stood there wondering what he was thinking. He said "So you're my fiancé my father had told me about. I don't need a bride as ugly as this, but since it has been announced I guess you will be of use to me." He was mocking her and she had to hold back her anger from his tone of voice. She was hoping to annual the marriage since she doesn't want to marry someone as arrogant as he was.

She said "I wish to annual this engagement since it seems we agree that none of us wants to be married to each other. Good day your highness." As she stood up and walked out she then smiled and slammed the door.
