I'm on skull island

"You've got to be kidding me, right?"

He thought he was dreaming, but his hopes were dashed when he woke up on this island.

Alex was a net young man of nineteen, with no muscle on his body and average looks.

He had always lived a mediocre life, working low-paying jobs and being humiliated by his clichéd fat boss.

Yesterday, when he got home from work, he took a shower and went to rest in his room, waking up to a light breeze and the sounds of nature.

He thought he was dreaming, but when he came across a thirty-centimeter ant wandering through the forest, his mind went into a daze as he felt reality dawn on him.

After walking through the forest for several minutes, he saw a lake a long way away, where a black gorilla was feeding on a squid.

A strange but normal phenomenon, if the gorilla wasn't almost a hundred meters tall, and the squid about half that size.

"KING KONG??WHY AM I SEEING THE GIANT MONKEY IN FRONT OF ME!"

My mind went into shock at this scene, it was an undeniable fact that I was probably on Skull Island.

One of the most dangerous and deadly places on earth, I knew I wouldn't last three days in this place.

Before traveling to this place, I had already watched all the monstoverse movies, as well as going to the cinema to see King Kong vs. Godzilla, so maybe that would help me.

Unable to contain my excitement, I ended up venting all the joy and anxiety I was feeling, finally having some defense against the giant monsters.

Without hesitation, I began to test my skills, trying out pyrokinesis, and realized that I could only manage a twenty-centimetre fireball before I was exhausted.

Perhaps that would kill a large wild boar, or I could just roast a few skewers of meat and deliver them to Godzilla or Kong in the hope of not dying.

Opening the system interface, I realized that it was more complex than I had imagined.

Pyrokinesis Nv1 - ability to generate flames from mana, the fire generated can be shaped or used in various situations (currently able to generate a twenty centimeter fire)

Observe Nv1 - This ability helps gather information, beings with attributes far superior to the host displayed "?".

"Damn system, killed by a Pincher?"

The system interface highlighted how weak Alex was, if he didn't fight for his survival he wouldn't be able to escape Skull Island.

Thinking about his survival, Alex realized that it wasn't a good idea to stand still, as it would make him vulnerable to any ambush.

He walked around looking for shelter for a few minutes, until he found a small cave, enough to shelter a human.

Looking around the cave, he found some insects, about a quarter of an inch in size, which would frighten any normal person.

Taking his rusty sword out of his inventory, he advanced slowly, peering at the little monsters with his zero stealth skill, a blind man would probably see him.

"Actually quite weak, but compared to the insects on earth these are definitely mutations."

Positioning his sword in a ridiculous posture, Alex strikes towards the insect, which manages to dodge his slow blow and tries to run away.

Pulling out his sword, which was stuck in the ground, he ran towards the cockroach-like insect.

Striking again with his sword, this time cutting the insect in half, a small ball of white light fell to the ground. Alex reached down and touched it with his hand, absorbing it as he felt energy rise from his feet to the tip of his head.

Alex felt that he could become addicted to this sensation, seeing that he had become a little stronger, he motivated himself to hunt for more insects in the cave, his face showing motivation.

Feeling the increase in power again, his confidence grew, with twice the speed of a trained soldier he was confident of entering the forest to look for food and water.

Realizing that it was getting close to evening, Alex walked into the forest in search of supplements.

With his current strength, he was already above that of a trained soldier, although his skills were mediocre, but he knew that even a gun wasn't much in the face of the island's monsters.
