Klaus on other hand wasn't even affected by all the commotion raging in front of him and just casually went through procedures without an ounce of any discomfort in his presence
"Duke Klaus De Brahm from the Empire greets the King of Beastmen, I have come here as per your request to discuss additional details for trade between Golden Turtle Organisation and the Beast Kingdom, please state your requirements and conditions"
As Klaus said such words the King just watched him without any words and just a grin stuck on his face
"It's as per I have heard of you, the Hero really lives up to his name, then I will be also honest, I'm not like those pointy eared elves who scheme things up to their needs, the Beast Kingdom has sufficient amount of resources to be self sufficient and even supply outside
As per the request of Golden Turtle Organisation, the beast kingdom is willing to handover the rights over the said 83 mines of mythril, adamantite and the special mana iron and mana stones over to you
In exchange we demand the safety of our environment and people because of your actions inside the Kingdom and also the prevention of any sort of interference with our way of life and culture
Your new offer for trade inside our Kingdom as per last decade is also quite good, with new upgraded devices and technology has also gained a major welcome from all our strategic leaders but you still need to fulfill my one last requirement to finally make it all official"
As the King announced it, everyone in the room already knew what was coming up next as they gulped down their saliva in anticipation, Klaus on other hand had a slight frown on his face and as everyone had already expected the next second
"I, Leonidas Lionheart, the King of Beastmen demand a duel against you! With an exchange of a man against a man, we will decide whose side will have the upper side in the trade between the Golden Turtle Organisation and the Beast Kingdom!"
As he announced it the commotion in hall spread like wildfire among all peoples in here, the King Leonidas is already known for doing his work in this way hence it wasn't a surprise
'But the battle today was expected to be one of the legendary!!!'
But these were only the thoughts of people from Beast Kingdom, Klaus on the other hand was just annoyed by the same cliche workings of story
'Honestly, this guy is indeed much smoother than the elves but after meeting up with so many battle maniacs in the last few years in the past it's just a pain in the ass now...'
Klaus removed his fingers from the bridge in his nose and took a glance over the King and questioned
"You say a duel between a man to man right your majesty? A man doesn't back off no matter the danger or condition right!?"
"Absolutely!"
King Leonidas had an immediate reply for Klaus's words and with a big grin he looked in front of again in the eyes of Klaus which were already filled with fierce icy sparks
"Then let's fulfill your request a bit faster today, then be prepared!!!"
As Klaus announced it in just a flash he removed the robe over his back and shoulder and got into stance, the King watching his reaction also got ready in stance with big grin on face
"Now! Come at your full stren-"
The King Leonidas was obviously excited as he reacted in that way but this time he had made a big mistake while losing to his ego, before he could even finish his words Klaus's eyes were seen glaring right on his face with distance of mere few inches
"Brace your teeth"
Klaus's chill tone of voice completely silenced the blazing heat of excitement over the heart of King Leonidas, it was single wave of frosty wind that froze even the flames itself
"Not so fas-thhhfffffff!!!"
King Leonidas tried to make a fist strike over the Klaus despite his previous warning and as expected the fist of Klaus landed directly on the thick nose of King Leonidas crushing his face off completely while drenching it all with a bloody mess all over it
"Your majesty!?"
"Hey! Stop this! This isn't the place for duels!!!"
"This is a pure mess..."
"What are you waiting for, stop this mess at once!!!"
The beastmen gathered in here were all subordinates of King Leonidas and they immediately rushed to intervene in fight but the matter has already reached beyond the line of control
