Strange eyes?

Something touched his lips gently and feeling a few watery drops as well as the old lady's gentle urging, Yang Jinhshen trained his eyes on her while he involuntarily opened his mouth. Something cool and sweet flowed inside– an energy drink? Sugar water? Or just plain water? He couldn't tell, but it eased the discomfit slightly so he felt grateful nonetheless.

Now that the urgent torturous feeling passed, his mind also got clearer, Yang Jingshen started to think. His earlier guess wasn't wrong. There was really something wrong with him. Whether it was simply the beginnings of a mental illness or something else, he honestly couldn't tell though.
