Hana, What to do? Oh Hana You got survive.

(just to say stuff in here varies form our world laws and history)

Hana woke with a subtle hitch, copper on the tips of her tongue and her hand around the handle of a bloodied kitchen knife. A small part of her brain told her to clean it before it rusted over, another told her to abandon it and look for old Marian's axe instead. A bigger part, the foolish part of her wished - no begged - for a pistol. But 'alas' no one had invented a pistol in this world yet.

See where it says 'in this world', weird wording right? It can be if you weren't Hana. Hana who wasn't really from this world. You see Hana went through something called a 'Isekai'. 'Hana' who wasn't always called 'Hana' who used to be a 50 year old woman in the 'modern' world called 'Earth'. 'Hana' was someone a little over average. Well, at least that what she believes she is. But then again it is hard for anyone to judge themselves perfectly without overestimating or underestimating something about themselves. Perhaps it was fortunate that 'Hana' was the one who 'isekaied' into the historical world of Beria as a young 5 year old lady of a Duchy, or perhaps misfortunate. You see 'Hana' was someone who had read many fanfic and manga, you could say she was a otaku. So staying calm wasn't an issue. However the issue was the fact 'Hana' wasn't the type that like her freedom being stiped off of her. Naturally as a young Lady of a Duchy she was expected to learn etiquette, get sold into a marriage and give birth.

Hana hated marriage, well no actually she didn't like the fact of giving birth or being tied to someone she didn't know. She didn't quite understand why anyone would randomly give birth to a child on a whim, but everyone have their own experience and perspective of things, so she couldn't complain if someone else would. But not her!

Usually if Hana was any younger and was still her shy self, she would have been more obedient. But she had experience a war as the age of 28. A war with many technical advances.

Hana naturally looked through all the books of law she could get her hands on, and it wasn't hard to find what she was searching for. A law that stated a women could rule a Duchy if they were able to beat the current Duchess/Duke or is the only heir. Hana was an only child so she wouldn't have any competition. However she shouldn't let her guard down as a child could pop up at anytime, and the fact she would

She wasn't going to go down with a fight. Her mother had died giving birth. Leaving her father and new step-mother. The knights were mostly loyal to her father, if not for one knight, name Vorian who served her mother, and fortunate unlike other knights didn't discriminate against women or ask any questions. At least as far as Hana is concerned. She should learn swordsmanship from him.

The next is politics, she would have to learn politics of this world and its history, also management which is a bit tricky since mostly men are taught that, but she should be able to if she speak off being worried of not being abel to take care of her 'husband' -blugh-. If that doesn't work, she'll have to stick to the library.

A problem that could stand in her way was the emperor or king. To rule a Duchy you need the permission of the King or if interfered with the Emperor. Considering what is written in books and spoken of in this world, people look dow on women. Believing them inferior. So Hana would have to cement her command to the point they can't say not.

If lucky she could become a 'monarch' meaning she had a grand duchy, ruling over serval territories.

the responsibility and the discrimination would be hard to should and face of. Luckily 'Hana' know her world laws that could helps and a few products that could increase currency.

Well either way she would need to get a move on.
