Drawback : Depression

i was injured in the match and was depressed as the injury was getting wose day by day and there was no sign of improvement the doctor said if it goes on like this then you will have to get it operated but I resisted and asked him for one more chance , it did not improve and I got it operated and he advised me not to play for a month . This time was so terrific and depressing as I did not have any motivation to do anything at all it was blund and the day was filled with anxiety .I was counting the days to play.
