Genshin Impact X Pokemon One day, Loki suddenly received a main story quest from his boss. He had to go to a new world and create a foothold so that pokemon can descend. But the new world turned out to be much more troublesome than what he bargained for. The gods of Tevyat were extremely 'unique'. One was penniless. The other was a drunkard. The third was a shut-in who has not touched grass for nearly 500 years. How will Loki navigate this new world and complete his quest? Find out in the next episode of Dragon Ball Z.

Chapter 1Prologue

POV: Loki

In a dark room, the only source of light was the flashing lights from a large monitor.

A young man was squatting on his bed, staring intently at the anime that was currently playing on the monitor screen.

He had wavy white hair with streaks of purple at the tips, a handsome face, and a sleeper build hidden by his baggy clothes.

He was clearly a neet, but a handsome one.

Suddenly, the window of the room opened with a faint sound and the curtains were pulled apart.

The sunlight immediately illuminated the room, nearly 'blinding' him.

"WHO IS IT!!????"

Loki roared with anger as he jumped from his bed and glared at the open window.

There was noone in his sight. He looked at the view of the blue sky for a few more seconds. Sensing no one around, he rubbed his red eyes.

'Was it just the wind?' He remembered the last 4 year he did not see the sun, worthy of a Guinness World Records. But now, that streak was broken. His anger was justified.

[Loki.]

A voice suddenly emerged in his head. He immediately recognized the voice and all of his anger and confusion were blown away.

The next instance, he was already bowing to the empty sky.

"Boss!" He called out.

The voice ignored his outburst and began to share the quest that would soon destabilize two different worlds.

[There has been a dimensional tear and it has connected this world with another. In a few months, this dimensional tear will begin to manifest throughout this world.]

[Go to the new world and ascertain whether it is suitable for the advent of pokemon. If it is, create a foothold so that the pokemon can descend into that world and thrive in the new environment.]

Loki stayed silent for a few seconds, processing the meaning behind the words of his boss. Interest and eagerness filled his heart increasingly with each second.

After making sure that he understood everything properly, he raised his head.

"I understand. When should I start?"

[Now. I am opening a dimensional GATE in your garden.]

Loki felt a surge of air from the open window. When he walked over and looked out, he saw a swirling circle of blue light in his garden.

A few distance away, a small pokemon, with a pink flower on her head, peeked out through the sea of flowers and looked at the GATE curiously.

He unceremoniously jumped out from the window and walked towards the GATE. He knelt before the small pokemon and patted her head.

"Shaymin, boss gave me a main story quest so I am heading out for a while. Please inform the rest and tell them to maintain a high alert till I return."

Shaymin made a cute squeak in response. He patted her head one last time and released her. She squeaked once more and quickly disappeared among the sea of flowers.

The impromptu preparations were done. He stood up and looked at the GATE. His large grin literally stretched from ear to ear. He could no longer wait.

"A brand new world awaits!"

With those last words, he jumped into the GATE.

_____

"Hmm."

Loki hummed as he looked the damp wooden walls of the room. The swirling blue GATE was behind him.

'Looks like boss chose an abandoned building to open the GATE. Does he have any intention for this place?'

He stretched his senses until they covered a few hundred meters.

'This building is near a harbor. By the looks of the city, this place looks like a port town from China and is inhabited by humans.'

'Energy is abundant in the surroundings, comparable to our world. And some of these humans have a catalyst that gathers this energy...'

'No way! Could this world really be...?'

A glimmer of enthusiasm appeared in his eyes. He immediately hid the GATE with an illusion and rushed out from the building.

With a 'bang' of the door, he stepped onto the streets. After seeing a few humans look at him strangely due to the huge ruckus he just caused, he coughed awkwardly and straightened his posture.

He began to walk along the streets in silence, observing all the smallest details with his eyes. A few seconds passed and he was already annoyed since everyone was still looking at him as if he was a freak.

What was so special about him that he became an instant celebrity in this town? He followed their gaze and looked down.

His eyes immediately landed on his loose t-shirt and pants and he immediately cringed.

His clothes looked modern, completely different from the clothes other people wore. But that was not the problem. They looked extremely old and worn out. The only blessing was that there were no tears or holes.

He finally realized his mistake. He had forgot to change the clothes he wore for the last 4 years in his enthusiasm to explore a new world.

'I should have thought of this more.'

He reluctantly turned back and walked towards the building (he just came from) with hurried steps.

_____

In a certain Funeral Parlor, a young and dignified gentleman was sipping tea in a guest room. Sensing something, he curiously turned his head towards the harbor with keen interest.

'A descender?'

The Synthesis Wizard

In a world where elements lay barren and powerful wizards had abandoned their homeland a millennium ago to explore the multiverse, Sunan found himself reincarnated as a noble scion stripped of his title. This world, once brimming with magic and wonder, had fallen into a desolate state, and wizards had become mere legends. Sunan was acutely aware that after a thousand years, the elements would awaken once more, heralding the return of the wizards and ushering in a new era of prosperity. He understood that his path was clear: he must train diligently to become a wizard himself and survive until this glorious age arrived. “Resources are scarce?” he mused, determination flickering in his eyes. “Then I’ll just have to synthesize them myself.” With that thought, he activated the Synthesis Cube, a device that granted him the ability to combine materials into something new. This Cube was not just a tool; it was a symbol of his potential in this world, reflecting his status as a player in a game he once played. As he set to work, the Cube glowed with possibilities, presenting him with a myriad of options. He had a few basic materials at his disposal, remnants of his previous life and the knowledge he had accumulated from his past experiences in the game. Sunan began experimenting, combining herbs and minerals he had gathered. Each successful synthesis filled him with a sense of accomplishment, inching him closer to his goal of becoming a wizard. Days turned into weeks, and Sunan’s skills improved rapidly. He crafted potions, improved his understanding of magical theories, and honed his mental abilities through intense meditation practices. The Star Ring Meditation, one of the first techniques he mastered, allowed him to tap into the latent mental energy within himself, enhancing his cognitive functions and magical sensitivity. As he progressed, whispers of his endeavors began to circulate among the remaining noble families and the common folk. Some viewed him with suspicion, while others saw potential in the young man who dared to challenge the status quo. Sunan knew he needed allies. He began seeking out individuals who shared his vision—a return to the age of wizards. He discreetly approached the remnants of the nobility, the few who still held some influence, and began to forge connections. His reputation grew cautiously, and with it, the opportunities to gather resources and knowledge. He learned of hidden libraries, ancient texts, and artifacts that could aid in his quest. One fateful day, while exploring a forgotten ruin, he uncovered an ancient tome detailing the rituals of the wizards who had once thrived on this land. The pages contained knowledge that could accelerate his growth, including spells long lost to time. “This is it,” Sunan thought as he carefully transcribed the contents into his own notes. “With this, I can not only learn the spells but also improve my synthesis techniques.” As he delved deeper into the arcane arts, he realized that the key to his ascension lay not just in personal power but in understanding the intricate web of alliances and rivalries that defined noble society. He had to navigate these treacherous waters carefully. In the back of his mind, Sunan always remembered the impending return of the wizards. The time was coming when he would have to reveal his true potential and lead the charge into the new era. With each passing day, he grew stronger, more confident, and increasingly aware of the responsibilities that awaited him. The world was changing, and Sunan was determined to be at the forefront of that change—a wizard in a world that had forgotten what it meant to wield true power.
